So after the tree shaking exercise of getting as many shares possible and highlighting the trades as sells boom! in all of a sudden comes the registered buys...yeah right!

Agree with someones earlier post that this was being prepped for a bigger buy s the turn was far too rapid, so either the news is tommorow or worst case monday? whatever the trend has all the markings for a decent RNS.

One thing about this company they love to do an RNS on a Thursday!

Blimey they are keeping this one down that’s for sure!
The question is are we a target for someone who wants it at the cheapest price possible?

only 0.56% of the entire company's shares traded today isn't exactly game changing and if you think lumpy sells at £17k is a lot I am struggling with that one.
Seems more like teasing out the weak...rememeber before it catupulted on the last two big RNS updates it was tanking days before and with a previous FCA investigation i would bet the board wouldnt tell you where the biscuits are locked up!!! they would be paronoid to let anything out of the bag ie loose lips and all that!
If this business wants iis back on board on mass nothing will be leaked to lets all just sit and wait.

I see a very blue day ahead of us.

After the Miton comments in their RNS annual report today my gut is telling me even they are leaving their foot firmly in the door not to miss out but hey who knows.

Maybe of interest? Miton issued their annul report (see todays RNS for this) but here is the comment they made in their statement today.

A small position in Yu Group has been retained for now, since we believe its share price overlooks the fact that it remains as a substantial group generating revenues of approximately £80m. We expect its share price could recover substantially once the details of its future become clearer.

My opinion is this share will get taken out by the time it reaches £5-£6 by being consumed by a bigger fish whom I think keep adding with a bit here and there, same thing happened at Foot asylum.

You could argue that that Bolton went into administration 8 weeks ago so only 4 months of this year supplied possibly and most of the bad debt could have been put in 2018 accounts as they wouldn’t have used 520k in 4 months.
So for the sellers this morning mopped up in the afternoon very convenient.

What makes you think they have sold at a loss? They could have bout these at 80p each? I personally sold MTRO at a loss yesterday and stuck money in here as it’s the better bet in my view and also with 16m shares in play here the sells are but a drop in the ocean.

£2.05-£2.15 finish today is my guess on tonight's close

I will be amazed if this closes tomorrow night less than £2.30ish, this time next week all being well and RNS hits early part of the week got to be looking north of £3.50-£3.80 as a minimum (wouldn't be surprised to see £4.50 however)Any today is tree shake day so hang in there and dont get spooked.

I wager the update is either the 21st or 22nd and why you may ask? looks like Miton produce their annual report and may be I am be cynical but maybe there is the polite chance to have a dig at them.
Also further to add with what the company has been through over the last few months I would be surprised the director buys would be red herrings as I imagine them to be squeaky clean in every way, I am looking north of a fiver but as per my previous comments this company will get bought out by the time we reach £6-7 with its current client base and cash revenue for a bigger fish to swallow it.

Don't you love the time just before they update/AGM and call me cynical but spook a few off the tree?? The day before it announced last time the share price dived in those precious few days before shaking off a few then within 48 hours shot from 92p to nearly £3 in the next days after.

Time to hold ones nerve :)

Just remember there were people posting on here stating the FCA investigation will take over a year +.
It does make you wonder if this share is being taken down for a very serious reason which again I have seen many times for an RNS to suddenly come out and boom!! the thing I have invested in has been bought out.
Very limited hands holding so few shares with a few who want them at a discount from you!
