RE: Welcome back1 May 2020 19:38
In a way I'm glad I made the mistake because the latest EnQuest figures (from EnQuest) I had prior to 20 Feb 2020 were these:
Bseisu consolidated interests* 171,557,074 10.12
Aberforth Partners LLP 125,528,942 7.40
Baillie Gifford & Co Ltd 85,713,463 5.05
Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Mgmt 82,357,135 4.86
Dimensional Fund Advisors 73,181,873 4.32
Swedbank Robur Fonder AB 66,708,105 3.93
BlackRock Inc 57,745,619 3.40
Signal Capital Partners LLP 51,036,396 3.01
Above from EnQuest.com as at 9 September 2019

You'll note the absence of Schroders but it did make it easier for me to read through the RNS's of major shareholders since Sept 19. So Schroders told EnQuest about the 4.13% but there was no RNS? These sales and purchases are important and not to be confused with the small day traders who pollute boards with inane commentary. Schroders have almost £70bn under management and a fine reputation. I understand they don't encourage publicity and it can get in the way of their stake building/selling but some consistency wouldn't go amiss.
The FT don't have Schroders either: https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/profile?s=ENQ:LSE
They are important and Schroders in my experience are one of the quickest to divest of positions and unfortunately my records don't go back beyond 2016 but I've a feeling they were around before then. This is an important endorsement of EnQuest imo.
