Basically if you think they deserve a PE of 10 based on 140 million profit it's approx a SP of 5p needed for the calculation for the calculation.

Now if you were to assume it on double the next year's profits that would reduce the PE unless the SP was to move in increase on the same principle as doubling.

Snowking you do know a PE is based on a calculation depending on SP divided by earnings per share. It's not about what they deserve it's about the calculation that will be ultimately dependent on what the SP if they make that profit you estimate

The six drill were used to get an indicated resource which I guess we get result in September . Prem are aiming at 10 mt indicated and maybe measured . The drilling for inferred is different than indicated , you need three times less drill rigs for inferred compared to indicated . So whilist in sept we will get indicated resource it maybe later to get inferred up .
The main point of the indicated resource release , is prem will then be allowed to release predictions on revenue . They are forbidden by nomad rules to do so until indicated resource is independently established .
So September should see when a lot of news , broker notes , interviews and share price really moves . And as Acker points out the market gets interested and busy after summer holidays"

I agree it's a good place to be in. But it's very much step by step. It's always useful to look ahead but we haven't even got equipment there. Only a few months ago many got overexcited by some pretty big predictions from here.

- big month (x)
- institutional investors are buying
- TR1 should be expected so much buying
- Dividend discussions October
- my mates grans second sister twice removed cousin who washes GRs underpants told me x

Best to keep the feet actually grounded and deal with it in stages or it just loses some credibility and saturates the good progress

Snowking you have said 1p is coming pretty much every month for at least the last 18 months. I think it is coming but not sooner than I think and certainly a lot later than you thought.

It's not pessimistic it's realistic when you have been overly optimistic.
