Yeah I like the route. Faster to production, generating own cash for expansion etc. Lots of financial data and conservative spod prices. All should make it extremely attractive for financing.

In a market with every article, news report saying there is a lithium shortage and a scramble for lithium and you can't get a deal over the line thats 'Tantalisingly close' in a timely manner it can only mean there is something a miss.

I hope that not the case but the longer it drags out with no news of anything my confidence drops a touch

Yes Snowking but you would just be forecasting profit and or the market cap for the PE. The two elements of the equation remain the same

Snowking you must have EPS in order to have a PE. It's the E in the PE.

So a 1.4 billion market cap with which would be corca £0.06 a share. And 140 million profit gives you an warning per share of £0.006. It is that which gives you a PE of 10. However if the market cap was 700 million the SP would be £0.03 and based on the same 140 million profit your PE would be 5 not 10. Potentially pointing that there is more value in investing than in something with a PE of 10.

I.e PE of 10 means for every 10 pound I spend I will get £1 back

A PE of 5 for every £5 I spend I will get £1 back.

Ergo a PE of 5 presents more undervalue than that of 10
