Mickj, Rock is a shorter and IF(when) there is a NO vote, the share price goes well beyond 30p, so they have squeaky bum time and a lot to pay

How namy shares do you think there will be available under 30p? If they keep buying will this not force the price up? Once the price goes above 30p investors will have a choice to sell at a higher value than the offer or consider keeping for a higher value still on a NO vote, Your logic appears screwed to me, but hey what do i know

both parties need to agree a later date and if the new Wood Group BOD decline then the deal terminates.

Is it possible that the board are delaying the release of the accounts to cause the sidara bid to collapse as I believe that this was one of the conditions of the bid, Sneaky way for the new people in charge to get their way!!!
