Does anybody have any idea who much Newmont /Newcrest spent drilling and on the decline etc for Hav? Money that GGP didn’t spend and only contributed 30%too?

Newmont /newcrest.Certain industries conduct M and A to remove competition ,get rid of the problem , take over the noisy neighbour etc. Mining and gold mining in particular doesn’t hold specific IP that challenges competitors.
It’s the search for a currency rather than a commodity.
Newmont obviously like what newcrest have or they would t be looking to take them over ?surly it’s that’s simple ? If newcrest were a poor miner /explorer why would newmont want to take over the burden ?
Maybe ,just maybe newcrest see value in a takeover of newcrest ?I would hope so if I were a newcrest board member or share holder or what’s the point ?

We only went from fractions to a penny (pre newmont to the dizzy heights of 38p) -on the pump and hope of Scally ( still not unproven )to where we are now.
We are now under valued ,surprised at newcrests reaction ??? Yet have evidence of actual real resources ( increasing).
Newcrest IMHO have an agenda , CEO (SB) is under shareholder pressure, gloves are off , dirty tactics are in play - it’s about a man saving his job , companies carry on , CEO don’t ,but bonus are real for them and he isn’t going to be CEO of newcrest for much longer -ask his shareholders

None of the facts have changed.
Newcrests first MRS , followed quickly by SD ‘s I’m December with a significant increase still remain a “fraction of a fraction”
The whole of the mining community know it’s a world class find.
To me games are being played but value will be further proven -it just takes nerves to keep holding.

Surprised -yes -initially.
Reason-conspiracy theory-increased shorts (newcrest led)?
Decline increased ownership at a snip -why?
Wouldn’t be surprised if we get an offer on possibly a share price drop on a full buy our of the whole of GGP?
Reason - several potential significant assets in good area -share holder stagnation ( due to shorts)?
Been her 7 years and still believe .Our portfolio inc haverion but not restricted too is significant-it feels like David and Goliath at the moment - don’t forget the outcome

@Ian. I had to laugh at your post about the solicitors car. I draw the conclusion it takes all sorts of people to keep the wheels of the economy turning.
Let’s all earn a living from doing what we do best.
We all have different skills ( and different levels of interest in solving different problems )and all value our time differently.
However please put me down for the 22nd Dec for the rns of you dont mind ( and I’m not a solicitor).

Thanks for the detail below.
Looking back over past RNS it was announced on Feb 26th that the 4500 new leased machines were online.I am no expert but I suspect that must have taken at least a few days /week to deliver ,unpack ,install and calibrate ? That to me would suggest we had almost the whole month of Feb (minus the last 2 days ) was without the machines online ? Maybe the came one gradually -I have no idea -either way a shorter month and only 2 days at the new capacity surly bodes well? Any thoughts welcome

Agree that the ******* w o b b l e is in for the salary. On the most basic of principles if anybody is going to give somebody or a business there hard earned money the people and business involved need to be trustworthy and credible-not words I have heard describing Scameron and certainly after a little DD I wouldn’t expect any II’s to pitch in either . IMO shares are worthless -relist is never happening now (almost 3 years from initial lies of 6 months).
All I can do is publicly challenge them(our company) on Twitter and then get referred to the investors page -haha INVESTORS page -re name it the mugs page or Scamerons holiday fund page
