I'm not invested here, I missed the relist RNS, so no motive for any direction of the share price.

However, what I do know about, is the sector.

Across the sector, online sales are near to pre lockdown level of sales and service departments are performing similarly.

That might be surprising to some.

This has the potential to be an unpopular post for many but risk is the topic, after all.

You've listed a comprehensive understanding of the risks, many of which will exist to a greater or lesser extent with the majority of minnows and many larger cap stocks within the sector.

It's worth being aware of the potential downside and I'm sure there are risks in addition that nobody can foresee and if the risks were the sole or overriding consideration for investing in the sector, or other sectors, it wouldn't attract the investment it gets, whether PI or institutional.

You finish with a brief positive but missing from your in depth risk analysis was an equally in depth analysis of the benefits or opportunity relating to it's potential market cap valuation should they succeed.

So for me, it was weighted toward 'why not' rather than balanced with 'why', relating to the investment case.

Many investors accept the risks with all stocks at the point of purchase, and no stock is without risk but a very simple consideration for many is 'for every £1 that I invest here, (accepting the ultimate risk of £0), what does this stock have the potential to turn that £1 into, over time ?'

If they have to raise a few £ Million to progress the market cap to a £ Billion plus, I'll be happy with that.

Cheeky little upturn at the end.

I have mixed feelings about it.

Many with decent sized holdings will hold a core and trade a smaller number and there's several views and hypothetical outcomes in doing so.

For instance, had someone bought 1,000,000 at 2p to hold and 250,000 to trade, it would have cost £25k

If they sold their 250,000 at 4p, they've realised a £5k profit and still hold 1,000,000 shares, worth £40k

However, their trading sell, combined with other short term traders, can prevent a further rise and/or result in a price decline.

At 3p per share, their core holding is now worth £30k, so the core holding has lost £10k from it's peak price , on paper accepted, and they've made £5k on their trading stock, so potentially, overall, they're £5k worse off.

To compound this negative overall result, it can also mean the next piece of good news doubles the price but instead of starting from a 4p base, it starts from a 3p base, so their core holding becomes worth £60k, rather than £80k, and so on, ad nauseum,, so that £5k quick smile becomes a £15k frown in the round.

To caveat that, there are plenty of opposing hypotheticals, I accept.

Each to their own.

Of course, you could exchange two 'in's for an 'on' and an 'of' in that previous post .... temperamental Ipad. :o)

I wouldn't focus on the price per share, instead focus in the market cap.

Roughly £10 Million .... plenty of bags to go even at it's current stage of progress. Just look at others stocks and their stage in progress in the same sector as a comparison.

GGP's valuation simply demonstrates the speed and the magnitude of the growth capacity, and beyond, of the valuation of WSBN.

Only that it highlights that GGP is still valued at 55 times the market cap of WSBN and WSBN's targets are 6 times the size of GGP's Havieron and right next door.

I make that a 300 fold differential !
