I have real time access to the RSP which is much keener two way pricing than SETS.
I can see what was true buys and sells across the day.

It makes no sense clowes as your calculations are crap….
16 buys to 10 sells.

Anyone researched ther platform...
What blockchain network is it on?

1H was £281k so that is known.
I went January’s $150k x 6 = $900k or £693k at a blended 1.30.
Add in £250k for IGS…
Hence around £1.2m for me…

I included £250k for IGS.

What is your thinking on the number?

What are people expecting for revenues for the year just ended?
Half year to December was £281k...

And that is just their Twitter audience.
They have a significantly larger number across all social media and then add their supporters clubs across the globe.
This is a significant deal and one that needs a little time to digest and clearly just a starting point.

The numbers came in at £701k for 1H as we know...
That included around £130k of sales that were ordered late 2021and delivered in Q1.
What we don't know is how much of the £400k contracted has actually been fulfilled?
We also have a 2nd agreement with DVRG for £600k, but I felt it was a touch unclear in whether it was totally separate to the £400k...
Initial guidance was for around £1.25m through £1.4m but that was the thinking back in January...

The deal has failed is my understanding as Pires shareholders have made there feelings known.
And Tern certainly need cash and soon.
All been one hell of a mess....

Interesting to see 4 executions totalling 2.729m shares at and around 6p.

Henry Sunday has stated on the Telegram Gold group that he expects 1H revenues of £1m.
I think they should go through £2m if they expect to get to the £8.8m guidance.
From my perspective cash is king in the current climate so more interested in the end June cash number.

Interesting when you look at revenue growth versus share price performance from it's high in January 20 2021 -

Annual Revenue rate has risen from-
2019 - $1.92m
2020 - £3.278m
2021 - $5.22m
1st June 2022 - Through $6m
in 30 months ARR has grown 212.50%...

Share price over similar period-
mid Jan 2021 - trading high 34.48p
28th June 2022 - 7.75p
Share price has fallen 77.52%...

Valuation now sits at £10.8m against guidance of $7m (£5.65m) ARR for 2022...
The shares sit on less than 2 times that ARR...

The Elephant in the room is cash burn and the company needs to demonstrate that revenues can start to outstrip spend?

The 10m at 0.085 was a sell.
RSP was 0.0851 bid at the time of that trade and stayed there.

And MYSY is a little unusual in that it can trade on various venues.

SETS is the London Stock Exchanges electronic trading system.
RSP as Newuncle explained is a retail service provider historically formed by Proquote and owned by The London Stock Exchange but now owned by IRESS an Australian financial company.
Aquis founded by Alasdair Haynes ex of ITG and then Chi-X and various dark pools.
MTF’s which are crossing networks named Multi Lateral Trading Facilities by the FCA.

interestingly, the MTF’s are often where Asset Managers look to trade and many do not report there executions to the LSE but to CBOE and hence often the truly large executions are not seen.

Not all buys as the RSP is vastly different to SETS.

SETS currently 0.075 - 0.09
RSP is 0.0851 - 0.0882

The trades at 0.0878, then 0.0875 and then 0.0872 are sellers as the RSP was
0.0878 - 0.08815 at the time.

Tern is the only value says Katstrangler…

Have a look at those results then.
Brilliant numbers in a crazy tough market.

Current valuation at the close is £9,118,650
Last monthly revenue was $150,000 for January so an ARR of $1.8m
At the current exchange rate of around 1.25 that comes out at £1.44m
Assuming no increase or decline we would see £1.44m revenue for 2022.
I see MOS on 6.33 times revenue on last known numbers.
