My guess is the numbers will be north of £1m.

Whilst I cannot see it going to 1p - if it does the story is over - who would have thought this would dive from a high of over 80p to 4.65p?

Hep, bear in mind the revenue to end Dec 2021 was £281k I believe, so the 6 months to end June would yield £719k to hit the £1m on the nose.

I think the Q1 and into Q2 revenue will be more evenly spread but we will see in a few weeks.

I would think all agree the numbers are important, but also in some context...

- year to end June 2020 - revenue £636k
- year to end June 2021 - revenue £395k

So what will we see to
-year to end June 2022 - my guess revenue around £1m

Anything greater would be a bonus in my opinion given this is the start of a unique journey. The key will be the coming 12 to 24 months and driving revenues significantly higher.

I am loathe to suggest that Bids have not signed an exclusive deal with EA for there mobile games portfolio as I was lambasted previously for suggesting that fact.

EA have in recent weeks been in touch with the in-game ad community and advised them of there intention to complete ‘vendor testing’…

That absolutely includes Bidstack.

This decision by EA seems to be reasonably understood in the community, so will shareholders see clarification from the company?

Interesting that KR1 has in effect lost 100% of it's investment in Starry Night in under 6 months.

Closing price on the RSP was 0.061 - 0.065
Closing price on SETS was 0.06 - 0.075
Closing price on Aquis is 0.06 - 0.09

Interestingly on SETS there is only one MM offering 0.075 and four now offering at 0.09.

Trades often get cancelled and re-booked for a settlement date change.
Normal standard settlement in UK is T+2, but some buyers (especially short term trading) wish T+10 if the MM will allow.
That is my experience... in fact if I am looking to day trade (on occasion) I always ask for T+10 as it frees up cash for another 12 days.

What questions do you have?

Two points of note I can initially add are-
- The buy of 9,940,790 triggered the sale of 15,000,000 as the MM had collected 15 plus million shares this morning and hence was happy to book out the sale. Likely the seller is ongoing so if buys go through 10m then that may well trigger another sale of that amount?
- Both trades were cancelled and re-booked hence both the 9m buy and 15m sell have three entries with one each having the minus against it to denote a cancel.

But two elephants in the room for me to be balanced.

1) Helium continue to sell and we do not know why. It could be innocuous and have zero consequence but it is depressing the share price, and

2) One core client and that is always a worry as the dependency on DVRG is far too high at present...

The market cap may be £3.8m.

But with cash last known as £3.46m at year end.

And let's assume cash has fallen to £2.20m with 6 months op expense at £1.25m (half of the expense of 2021)

Then Enterprise value is just £1.60m...

If we take revenues at 2 x 1st half then we can expect around £1.40m...

Looks cheap if the company can continue to drive revenue growth and manage costs.

It would be good to get an update on revenues to end June to demonstrate that there is -
a) growing revenues overall
b) growing stream of revenues by product

By that I am keen to understand maybe the following-
a) Live Scores revenues by subscription and affiliation
b) IGS and esports - especially plans around Battleriff
c) Streams and legacy platform and
d) NFT's

Exciting time to be invested here, and now the right time to understand what progress has been made and more importantly what we can expect to see in the coming 6 to 12 months.

That buyer of 5.45m shares was asked to pay outside of the spread due to the size of his order.
Namely, he paid 0.275p instead of 0.269p offered in 2.5m shares.

To provide a live example.

SETS is showing 0.25 - 0.30….
Whilst the RSP is actually 0.262 - 0.269…

So both buys and sells would show as red/sells as the bid and offer is below the SETS mid price of 0.275.
