2- "will assist in progressing an additional 30 active deals"

So you state 'promised', but actually the company announced it was 'progressing'...

I think this can be spun both ways...

1- Yes, it is further dilution but I would argue that the share payments have to date been fairly minor - dilution can clearly be argued as an issue for shareholders.

2- But it does show that each Club/Player sees the value MOS is offering and that they wish to support the company and see a significant upside for the business.

Scotty - I have no doubt that further contract's may be signed, but there is a process that has to be followed on each one and that process can differ.

For example - once a contract is agreed and signed there may well be a face to face meet to cement the agreement and photo's taken for posterity and for PR to be arranged. We have seen a couple of occasions where the signing is a formal event.

MOS then have to fall in line with the Club/Player/Organisation as our NFT contract may well be small in relation to the Clubs other sponsors and may well also be timed to be announced around an event in there calendar.

MOS will then have to draft an announcement and that has to be agreed by the MOS Board, the Club in question and then sent to the NOMAD for there review.

In reality, MOS could well have a number of signed agreements in place but they will be delivered to the market in the coming weeks.

Firstly IGS is $150,000 a month and not £150,000...

Revenues announced for Q3 was $620,000 or £527,650 at a blended 1.175
October was approx. $324,000 or £275,700
Four month total seems to be around £803,350

That would suggest that the last four months have equalled the 6 months to end June 2022.
