The Uncross runs at market close whereby Brokers and MM's can add orders into the auction for around 5 minutes.
The Uncross/auction closes at a random time across that 5 minutes to try and stop gaming of the crossing price, and hence the occasional price monitoring extension if more orders are coming through and price is being checked.
These trades report around 16.35 with UT...

The trades reporting around 17.05 are 'crosses'...
They can (mostly) are trades where MM's flatten their books if the other side is agreeable, but Brokers can also put through after market/closing market crosses.
There are 35 plus crossing networks (MTF's) and these late trades can often be 'crosses' away from the LSE.

The 575,000 was an after-market cross and bodes well as was the buy side of mid price.

Correct Mozak. It was a delayed trade from 08.50.
Checking the market at that time the price was:-
RSP - 5.70 bid for 500,000 to 5.80 offered in 175,000
SETS - 5.60 to 5.80 in 50,000

Looks like a sell.
