Good morning all. Admeliora,meki,dodge, your all right. All the names are connected by association one way or another,a couple of them even went to public school together, spooky that or what. As far as Durban go they are purely in it for quick cash pronto, they are not a long term investor which is fair enough. There is not much on there books over two years old , except derelict stock they got caught out with. They are a boy's club with a spiders Web of connections, I wish I had there connections, I only know my postman, not quite the same pull as p wall. Cheers for the tr1 information admeliora. You have found some more names that I was not aware of, you are better than Sherlock Holmes. Key is information that you are all finding, one person,bit of information, collectively all together we find it all very quickly. It's just the same at the company I work for in the city,ps not saying who for obvious reasons. Our CEO seems to be nice enough but over the last two years he has been firing all the top performers and filling the position,s with surprise surprise all of his mate's. We laughed at work when we found out they were mostly at the last company he Was CEO they just followed him. Over time as windows suggests you get a chance to see information about company,s before you purchase. It's not only is a company going to be any good, who is running it? There historical success an failures. And more importantly what sort of companies have large holdings in it?. Are they true helpful long term investment companies? Or shake shaft and run companies. Occasionally I find a nice little company to invest in, I spend days if not week's of time investigating the facts. All seems good and I'm happy as Larry the lamb. Then lastly I look at who's the large holders, and it stops me in my tracks from investing when I find the same companies and name's behind it. They should have a warning like a pack of fags. See these companies or names run a mile. PS the list of the snakes is extensive, can't list them for obvious reasons but old rodents like me have a good memori from being savaged in the past. Apologies amo1 . I mean John story. I'm interested to hear from Windows that they have not followed the rules of the LSE within the time limits. I understand the principal of the rules. But I don't know the rules inside out like windows does. Good one windows, not often but I totally agree the way they have brought there shares to market is a right dog's dinner. It smells of panic to me. What I can give to everyone is Durban holding,s are not to be treated like the holey grail of traders. In the past they have made some really bad decisions that have cost them a mint. I've been into one company in the past but no longer a holder , Durban holding,s were also at the same time as me. I sold out making a profit , more luck than anything. Durban holding,s held ,then the SP plummeted, it cost them big time when they sold out. My point is that with all the information they had vastly more than I would be able to get, they got it BADLY WRONG. I myself am not to bothered about what they are up to, just to say also I don't think there activity is associated with cbx. More a problem at Durban. All the best to everyone.

Roland rat view on Durban. Don't think they have finished selling yet. It's looking like someone is desperate for cash if you ask me. They can't be that clever selling at these prices. There is a reason and they can't have any information that is not in the public domain. If they do it's illegal,insider trading. So I'm going for a p wall situation they are skint and need the cash before the Triad's catch up with them. If they sell the rest of there remaining amount they will get peanuts, I believe it's a must for them and no reflection on how cbx are doing . Seen this a fair few times in the past with other companies. No connection to the company,s performance, just leveraged to the hilt and need cash to pay their own debts. Just my view. I've been down 56% in cbx in the past, then it's bounced back to profit taking. Everything is possible with cbx that's y I'm in holding pattern. Now I've given my boss the slip. I'd also say that I'm sure cbx head quarters are doing something , they can't all be sitting there doing nothing. Transparency is what is needed. They have not been transparent in the past, but I'm guessing as time tick's by outside forces with some clout will squeeze some information out of them. I'm sure there is plenty of milage in them yet, I still believe that the SP will recover . All the best to everyone.

Afternoon all. I agree pr could be doing a better job. I've dealt with a financial company for over a year and they really are rubbish never producing the goods. But the point is there public relations department are brilliant and say what people want to hear and there price goes up without solid action. As admeliora suggests if you're a rubbish company with a good pr department you can make money from them. Cbx are a good company and need there pr department to get some news out there. Roland out of my rat hole. It's nice to see everyone being a bit more positive. It's a good move for the email, a good financially aware way of reaching out to people. I don't know who at cbx instergated it but it's most welcome. I'm honest when I say no money off ,no point emailing. Everyone loves a bit of a cash offer. As for the big seller who knows who and why they have left it till now, maybe a John story job. Expecting the trading update to be nothing special and probably half of what they would like. But it's there first time out of the box and reporting on sales, profit margins and other financial aspects. I'm sure the city will look into it proper job, and make there mind's up. I also know the city won't expect them to make zillions straight away ,what new company does. They will decide if it's good enough. I'm sure they will be kind and give them more time to produce sales upwards if they can convince them with a good strategy. They know they have to convince them for any possible future needs. They don't need to convince me I'm only a small pi compared to the big risk takers with millions to invest. I'm still happy with the way it's going. I'm patient and thinking when I put money in I could be waiting for a year to eighteen months to produce a good SP. That puts me about this time next year to make a rational decision. A lot is going to happen in the next twelve months, who knows what, it will be great or a bloodbath. I'm thinking good or I should be dumping slowly which I'm not. I'm honest and glad to see that the comments made and directed at admeliora have toned down now. THERE ISN'T ANYTHING TO BE GAINED BY IT. Admeliora has a view as I do also and everyone else to. Admeliora is a good voice on this BB and I would personally mis the conversation and comments. Yep admeliora and lastofadyinbreed I remember mr story and his antics, he sold his holding because he was leveraged and needed the cash pronto to get himself out of the dogi doo elsewhere. I think the LSE had the right hump with him but didn't do much about it. I think he was more worried about getting cash pronto than following the LSE rules. I'm not familiar with the LSE rules you know more about it lastofadyinbreed than I do. As you say maybe a broker is sitting on a chunk for someone dribbling them on to the market. I didn't realize Durban holding,s is Peter walls company, maybe them a bending the rules a bit eh admeliora. But as you say lastofadyinbreed they followed the rules last time so they seem reputable. I also remember cbx doing a RNS of there own when Mr story sold out to cover therselves . Effectively grassing him up to the LSE and keeping themselves out of the frame. We will have to see if it continues next week. As for sales figures yep your apsolutley right have to see at least three or four quarters of numbers to see how it is truly going. Good morning all. Just got out of my rat sack, to much rat juice last night. No worries admeliora, great to hear your good. As for the half million sells, I speculate in money term's it's not that big, but the prices they are selling for if it's a pi are not very good, if it's a major holder with over 3% it makes sense to dribble chunks onto the market without disturbing the price to much. As for the tr1 the rules are quite strict , as soon as you know that you are going under the percentage you need your broker to inform the LSE within a couple of days. Although as with everything in this world there are plenty of ways round reporting if you want to. I'm sure it's someone with plenty of coins and not worrying about if they are at a bit of a loss. Or is it possible it's someone trying to chuck load's at the market to devalue the shares. Probably not, but I've seen that trick before, if a rise is to come it should happen towards end of may figures are produced. All the best all. No worries I don't filter, everyone has their views, myself and views are my opinion of the situation and potential for the future. May it be good or bad, rather it be good oviouasly. I'm more than thick skined and read what you say and see your angle. I'm level headed and see the relevance in some parts of what you're views are. But just take a moment and a minute to consider the make up of other readers. They may not be as thick skined as I am and take it personally. I think you probably know what I'm saying ,a bit of empathy now and then goes a long way . As for admeliora I see no wrong in him, nice enough person to engage with , never called me names and always been respectful. That doesn't mean we see eye to eye on everything and agree to disagree occasionally. Communicated for good one and half years now and recognise who I'm talking to. My views on cbx are simply a calculated risk versus reward . In simple terms I've got it at 70% success to 30% failed company, my opinion and view, if I'm wrong me coin is going down the pan and then I concentrate on my other companies and keep me fingers crossed with no tears or fear's. Totally agree cbx should and will be able to maximize its position and potential into the future. I'm still well invested with them and happy to be there still , not even a flicker of doubt about there future financial situation and potential sales. That's my opinion of course, I'm not on a blinkered or sentimental journey pouring money into them. I'm honest they have worked hard they have world class product, more on the way and are solvent being careful with there spend. I like the way they are steering the ship and not being antagonised into rash move's to appease outside forces. No one truly gets happy with people loosing money , I certainly don't and find it disgusting one poster say's we should all loose every penny we have. Good evening admeliora hope you're well. As far as I'm concerned cbx are doing ok, and yes it could be better I know . And I always think about what I would be doing in there situation. It can't be easy being the new CEO,but I'm guessing Anna will do her best,the alternative for her is walk away tarnished . But I'm still positive and sure she took the role on because she knows it can be a success, that's good enough for me for now. As for the mysterious bile posters that keep popping up I believe it's more than likely one poster using different names X3 and there ****ed of we keep filtering them out. Most on here are good and honest and level headed and you are one of them. Don't let them get under your skin, your a person of standards, they are not and are almost on the edge of being hateful. I find taking the time to take the Mick out of them is worthy of a bit of my rat time. Then overide them and get back to what we are here for discussion on cbx.
