As I understand it, a bed and ISA is when an investor sells shares in the ordinary portfolio to realise capital gains or losses, and the same day buys them back in an ISA. So, one would expect to see a sale followed by a buy of the same or a similar number of shares. It's the right time of the year for this, but I don't see evidence of it today
