As I keep saying crusty, a tender for the pipeline build was not issued in October. They simply asked for names of Companies that would like to be on the tender list.

Crusty - I think you'll find tender requests for the pipedream construction have not (yet!) been issued.

What was asked for in October was an enquiry to ascertain which companies would be interested in tendering.

We don't even know if anyone is interested in being put on the tender list.

Incidentally, before we forget all about the pipedream, it's route would have taken it through an area infested with black mambas. Not many survive a bite from one of them !
