The point I'm making, and you're missing, is that I'll believe that the construction of the pipeline has started when we can see it progressing.

Until then, as there have been countless missed targets and hopelessly optimistic timelines over the years, I'll remain somewhat sceptical.

Maybe this time it's different - we'll see....

The need to 'vex' is simply that despite all the talk, there is still no sign of a pipeline nor a rig.

If ARA do decide to take out the remainder of Aminex, I fear an offer of 5p per share is over-optimistic.

3p per share would do it.

Clarity would be helpful as there is either a huge amount of buying (that doesn't seem to much affect the SP) or a huge amount of selling (that also doesn't seem to much affect the SP).

Or roughly equal buys and sells (so the SP remains stable) but if this is the case, why ? What exactly is going on ? These are significant trades !

There is no reason to expect that the SP should revert to the placing price. The placing price was set at an attractive level, so logical to assume that the SP will settle above that price.

Unless of course, the placing was received negatively in the Market, but that doesn't (yet) seem to be the case here.

And of course, they may not be 'factored into the price' as there may be loads of large trades still in the pipeline (and no, not ARA's 'imminent' pipeline!).

Are you suggesting that Eclipse are forward selling the newly 'bought' shares they paid 1.65 for to make a 15p profit ?

Certainly these large trades are a new development, and interesting.

Interesting also that it is not possible to be certain whether they are buys or sells.

The SP is slowly falling so I guess it is logical to assume that, on balance, there are more sells than buys.

They don't look as if they are 'normal' trades.
