Stock Analysis update for Cranswick plc : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXDNrAFbjYg
Its interesting to consider if Hydrogen will be the way forward after all to the detriment of Battery EVs, which of course produce such a problem in way of the havoc they will wreck on the electricity infrastructure - as well as having such a higher Carbon footprint.
Common sense tells me that its better to burn electricity at source to make Hydrogen than to have the whole population drawing electricity less efficiently at their homes to spend 5 hours charging up.
My analysis on FDEV following the Odyssey disaster! : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6-bFpKG9-E
Some of the key factors why I had invested in this stock are toppled by this public relations disaster so Ive sold. I hope to buy back though ahead of the FY results depending on some base assumptions that will require clarification before then..........
With perfect timing after my video - we had a RNS this morning that Schroders sold 0.7m shares reducing their position from 17.9% to 16.7%. This could line us up for a perfect situation - if they trash a share price by further offloading then we could be able to buy significantly cheaper in the future with the benefit of positive sales updates (IF that happens). Will have to wait till September.
I have definitely seen other stocks trundle along the bottom for ages due to post IPO institutional dumping and they become news insensitive once totally trashed it it would be great if Tekmar become this giving us a chance to act on future trading updates.

A tantalising price and a price to book ratio of 0.6 - but is Tekmar worth the risk?

@Gavster - At the end of the day - its 10 Billion more debt. So you have to factor in will this additional Debt end up in increase profit multipliers in the future (if this bet in Renewable energy pays off). Thats a decision for individual investors to make - but for me its yet another complication making the value of this labarynth of a stock harder to judge.

Sorry for the repeated messages - Couldnt see them for ages as the chat platform seems laggy and buggy :.( Nevertheless despite this inconvenience LSE is my favourite stock research platform!
I just listened to their investor webcast available on the Hikma website for the 2020 FY results.
I think its a great set of numbers. 12% down now - Im still glad I invested in them as the fundamentals seem pure. The only reason given that explains the drop today is that Advair launch is now delayed probably by an additional 4 months to June because the FDA came in with a last minute regulatory challenge (that seems low risk) related to their Packaging quality controls.
I was generally really pleased with their results apart from the drop in net income. With BIden in im really looking forward to seeing how their sales grow post Covid.
I listened to their investor webcast on their website and it seems the drop may be due to further delays to the Advair launch probably until June now. The FDA came in with additional regulatory delays around packaging but seemingly low risk.
I just listened to their investor webcast available from their website. Generally Im very glad with the results... although the drop in net income needs some navelgazing.
The biggest news I could find that may explain the drop is that the generic Advair launch is delayed probably until June due to some last minute (probably low risk) FDA regulatory challenges
What do people think? Will food price inflation be good or bad for Cranswick?
