Well Google Earth is clear as day now in Ntorya a little further south. Has anybody got the coordinates for the upcoming drill

Tanzania, that was my belief too, purely from the timings expected, but of course we don't know that for sure. They do intend to drill around August time and my money would be on Aminex getting it in time for a pre Christmas drill. Speculation all round of course, but as said the timing fitted with expected dates at HE1 and here. The change if plan to bring first gas in October via NT2 also added to my beliefs but we will see. I might just pop the question at the AGM when it arrives

As for Sentinel it has nowhere near the clarity that Google Earth has when looking as a visitor and you can see examples of that on Telegram right now, so I assume you must have to pay for decent imagery. Your Skyfi app gets only a two star rating, more concerning is you cannot remove your data including, I assume payment details and, it's reportedly very expensive for images. I went no further without being able to see it in action first, but the data issue is a no no for m. Good luck

StockCheck I will look at the Skyfi app you speak of tomorrow as every little piece of information is useful, so thanks, but we have enough people dissing good info without you calling into question other people findings. AS I said, I quoted coordinates on 'Google EARTH' not maps and the whole 3d network as far up as Mikindani bay is as clear as day on there.

If it doesn't suit you, don't use it, but others are gaining valuable insight from it.

Don't forget some questions are bound to come from newbies to the share who perhaps don't yet have full knowledge 🙂

Freddy those pipes have been there for a while and the previous google image had a vehicle at the entrance and before that some perhap crew buildings just off the pad. With each new set of images they get sharper as well as more up to date. It is possible that that pipework are the drill strings from NT2 as the old Carol2 rig may still be there. I don't recall an RNS ever saying it was removed, perhaps other long termers can answer that. It just isn't was not suitable for further drilling and the high pressures they face.

The cordinates i just give are from google earth and have been updated in recent weeks. April images I believe.

Check this out. What appears to be a brand new village north if existing sites but right in the middle of the 3D lines. Could this be the New CH1? Maybe nothing but I dont remember seeing this on a previous area search. The scale of the 3d area is enormous found g right up to the level of Mikindani bay. No wonder its taking time to process all that data. They've certainly gone for it!

The pad is cleared and ready for further preparation. No doubt there will be another updated image very soon

Images of drill pad preparation over ten days on Telegram. It looks like the ground clearance is complete and ready for materials to be delivered. Looks like they're readying to roll. Interesting next few days coming up. Hope for a positive movement Friday

Personally I would have thought Lorna should've been writing into the contract for potential second drill for HE1. If successful would we not want to develop further? Afterall given success, raising capital for an additional drill shouldn't be too difficult.
