I look at the recoverable's we already have booked and depending on GSA of $4 or $6.1 average it should be worth 3p or 4.7p right now never mind doing calculations based on sentiment. That doesn't even take account of the 15% uplift for condensate. For me sentiment should be rising from those base figures, not starting way below true value.

The figures in this mornings article are a follow on from values worked out as we currently stand. (See yesterdays article) These today are the speculative numbers assuming the 16tcf are proved up. They offer a base and high case and are taking account of the estimated government take as would be in the PSA. As that percentage remains commercially sensitive the estimate is based on historic data of others. As said Aminex have let it be known that they do have favourable conditions so in theory thing should be better than what is shown.

Therefore the net to contractors is the figure assuming all capex and opex has already been claimed back. (You can read about how that is done in the previous article from yesterday)

The net to Aminex is therefore the 25% of the contractors share.

If you take a look at yesterdays article you can see that the value of already known recoverable gas equates to the share price being between 3p and 4.7p right now, so not only is it an attractive proposition at this point, but it is well undervalued regardless of what sentiment will come along with the drilling of CH1 which has the potential to move the field into the above speculative figures area.

None of the figures in the two articles have taken into account the 15% uplift for the condensate which Aminex have already announced and neither do they take into account any possible future Oil find.

I should add the 3p is based on $4 price for domestic supply and weighted average to $6.10 taking into account industrial supply

On the value of known recoverable' the SP should currently be sat at between 3 and 4.7p. That is the actual value of the gas without sentiment of what is to come. neither is it taking into account of the 15% uplift for the condensate.

I'm not sure of the spud date. December would be wonderful but thats just

4 months away. The good thing is all the long lead items are either stored at NT2 or ready for shipment.

PS no need to worry about the rainy season as the road access now is all blacktop.
