fab rns. lol. sell to repay your pals. looks like the BOD have a new plan to fleece PI's.

£400 odd quid lost on this latest punt. I invested in 2009 from .05 to .39 and sold out at .32. Made £4000 odd since then. Then since then they took shares in lieu of salary and joe case taking shares to take VAT forward etc. If you don't believe me, read all the past RNS's for 4 years and you will see this is a pump and dump boiler room so to speak scam. There is no business plan in place and anybody invests in this must be either in the know or a high risk punt. No doubt the BOD know they can make money as they would not sucker creditors into shares and pulled the plug. I'm not putting anymore money in here as now too risky.

Where does it say VAT claim dumped, as I can't see it. It's pump and dump all over again and still no forward strategy. All they do it issue shares to each other. The FSA should close this down and send BOD to jail. Read the RNS as they tell us in no uncertain terms what they think of our laws. I would be quite happy to lose my money if these b$st$rds were all jailed.

Your spot on. I have been in and out this share since 2009. Made money and back in but only on a small scale as a small punt as the writing was on the wall. If you look at this share now and again as Fook will have some plan to pump and dump this again. If he wasn't interested then he would have shut up shop. Now with todays news into Sand, we now have the pump and dump situation. Watch this space I may just get my money back. He should have saved some money and I would have given him sand from my son's sand pit.

Tricor have been attempting and dangling a carrot to investors that they will win the VAT case. They employed Joe Case to do this, then paid him of and now employ him again with a bundle of shares. Two weeks after this the SP went from .002 to .009 and then retraced to nothing. The BOD the last two years got shares in lieu of salary and approx one month after SP doubled and then back down. I could go on and on with what has happened with this shares. Look look at carbon trading in which they lost £2m and it never got off the ground. As for HMRC, how could they have shares in TRIC when we are attempting to recover their money. They have the VAT and we want it. HMRC do not acquire shares, THEY recover taxes or make a company bust. You seem you have bought into this thinking of a quick rise. You maybe lucky and it could happen, but I would suggest you read all RNS from 4 years ago and read how a company with only a few hundred millions shares went to 7ish billion shares with not one business plan in place. Where did all this money which was fed back into the market go. I know but you tell me. If you bought in at the lowest SP, you will no doubt make money as if FOOK and his pals kept this going then it can only be for many spikes on SP and eventually more dilution. I cant believe that FSA have not put a stop to investors losing their money here. I hope this rises a lot and then I can exit but not sure. GL

down to 4p ish, not sure what is going on here. Is there a plan in place? really tric should be included with you other companies you stated. I wonder if it this goes ahead when will there be an RNS of the first further dilution. If this does happen then you know it is cr$p.

your post sounds excellent and the big but is board is full of legal experts. I would question that as this case has dragged on and on for years. If they win then yes then all debt repaid but can they beat hmrc. I have doubts about this for years as if board were any good they would have done it. They are too busy more issuing shares/warrants and feed their salaries. Until i read an RNS stating we are investing in and then another rns stating we are producing and making money then apart from spikes to allow board to take salaries then i doubt it. Sorry, id love to see this do well but the BOD are a bunch of chancers.

thanks for the reply. You just know there will be a massive spike here as thats how BOD work and have done for many years.

We have on the VAT to look forward to and if we win then approx £1.8m. We currently have nothing in place for a way forward (unless i have missed an RNS), so how do you achieve the figure of £1.00.

The creditors were probably backed into a corner and now doubt some spike will be applied to allow all these creditors to exit with their money back. What i asked in a recent post, which nobody answered, was what price did these creditors get their shares at. You may then get an idea where the next spike will go to.

i thought some creditors took shares instead of company going bust. If this is true does anybody know what SP TRIC traded their debt in lieu of shares. How can i sell my 6pish when it cost more in charges. If MP,s are stripping pearages when TRIC BOD should be locked up. I realise that this is AIM but this is taking the P$ss. I bought in for only a punt and small scale but who would buy in now.

i do not hold here but i do hold SRES which Charles Hall has exceeded the theshold there. same as here i read. As he exceeded the threshold in SRES i am only looking to find out more about who he is and does he fund the shares himself. He bought 50m shares and exceeded the threshold in WRES when it was in the .3.4 region and so far did not sell when it spike to 1.5p Just looking to see if he is a reputable investor.

the day on the suspension, whilst i had given up all hope of my investment albeit small, look at all still believing that fook would pull this off. FOOK must have been laughing his socks off, as he would definately have had an exit strategy. Dont know what it was but him and his pals would not wind this up without making millions. The government should recompense all here. LOL.

win the VAT case, NO CHANCE. If they id have a chance it would have been sorted out months ago. BOD from the recent RNS says if it goes t$ts up then it is unlikely no money for shareholders. Thats them saying hard lines and f off as we had no plans for years and enjoyed a cosy lifestyle on PI's money. I have shares in this but forget getting relisted.

i think as your last posts states the latter is correct. Now i know why the big buys were snapped up for peanuts after RNS was releasred. This BOD know what they are planning to do and have done for sometime.

i also warned PI's for the last coulple of years. I invested a small punt and new the risks and the company has nothing to offer except VAT and i doubt they will win that as it is now dragging on at TRIC request. I only informed PI's as i held and knew the risk. You post negative posts on many boards in which you do not hold any shares. Out of curiosity why?

whilst you enjoy enlightning PI's of their rubbish shares that they have purchased by posting on BB's, which you do not hold any shares, do you not feel that it is their choice whether they invest and not you. You have posted dozens of posts all day today and it would appear that this is your life. I can only assume that no one would post over 36000 posts without being paid as a deramper. How sad.

as PI's always say is DYOR. If they dont do that and buy from reading posts on boards then you will probably lose. What p.ssed me off was when Lawrence failed in carbon credits and started a new company and received 80k as no dout as a golden hand shake. Thats when TRIC should have been shut down. Im in for a punt and dont think this is the end of TRIC, but do you still hold as that would mean you and i been in the same company twice through suspension. That alone should show newbies what this company is like. When i invested the 1st time there was about 2bn shares and since then now look at Tric, 7bn. LOL.

i stated weeks/months/years ago that only the BOD and their pals make money out of this. They had no goals, no game plan and only issue shares to their pals. As there is no game plan in place when the SP then spikes you know that one them is offloading and therefore you can make a half decent profit prior to RNS stating "no reason". I would suspect PI's were looking for a spike prior to suspension and no doubt the BOD realised this. Therefore, even while this share is a pile of sh.te i suspect Fook will be back with another plan and sooner than many think. Whether this should be allowed is doubtful but you look at many other AIM shares who are just as bad. i have read your posts of the past months re TRIC and you are correct in what you say, but why keep quiet when it spikes and post and post and post when it goes pear shaped. But why gloat do you enjoy that. Many PI's lost a lot and i think the last thing they want read is your smug attitude, after all the share has been suspended and whatever you say no PI can do anything about this at this stage. I agree with you and think this share is pants but there was money to be made and i bought back for a punt and still hold. I went through a previous suspension on this share and when relisted i sold and made a profit and have bought and sold this many times since. Just because its suspended doesnt mean its the end.

you've got a point. SP plummets due to suspension. There were some very large trades after the outcome. Something is afoot and i dont think suspension will be anywhere near 6 months. Fook aint finished with TRIC. Everbody knew this was high risk so it is poor show that all the deramping tw.ts turned up saying i told u so. We all knew and many just fancied a punt.
