Barcs were the first share i bought in 2008 when i had a pay out from a unit trust plan i took out as a teenager, £12.5k, i paid two and six (12.5p) per month for it, with that money i bought Barcs shares and started my interest in trading shares, i have an affection for Barcs.
Working out what i could of sold for at close yesterday and taking away what i can sell for now, then add my dividend expected, and i now require this to raise to over 163.50 to be in front, i am currently £638 worse off by not selling, i am optpmistic, touch wood.
The spread is a good indicator of share requirements, if it’s a narrow spread ie 2% then they are encouraging to sell. When it’s 6.5% they have share to sell.
i doubt their short of share with a 7.69% spread,
looks like a lot of sell orders were just fullfilled, crafty work shares are needed so up the price and lower spread and whoopee we have more shares to sell,
by my reconning the directors own 170 million so just under 48%, who else are big? there has been a large seller here for a few days selling in blocks of 25000-50000 a time and is still selling, any ideas/
does anybody know what percentage of share are in private investors hands
funny trade, if it was below mid price at the time of buying it will register as a sell, if above mid price then its a buy, but not always,
the whole of Kaz internet is has been taken down by the government as a news blackout, so info will be restricted, Al jazeer news gives limited news flow although it is just repeating same old stuff, time to sit this out.
Having been a long a time holder from Jan Nelson days, having average down etc I had £92,000.00 invested, have seen the ups and downs and various exit points come and go. I decided this time that I would sell when and if it Ever went over 2.00 so consequently sold at 2.5 giving me a total
Of £40,000.00 just coppers under, selling effectively £37,000.00 short than if I’d sold today, this I can live with as it was a decision made and I stuck to, I really do hope that the long term holders can get out with an acceptable number, good luck all,
Long term holder, in fact far to long, my £6000 investment went down to £56 at one point, so grateful of this jump, interesting to see how this does play out, live in hope but I’m not going to let this change my life, I intend to keep working.
How are people buying these shares? My Barclays account won’t do it nor will share centre.
