By a supermarket, I worked opposite Crawshaws in Leeds market, I'm also a butcher, their way of working is not at all what supermarkets are about, and Sadly the trading Enviroment that Crawshaws are operating in is getting more cut throat all the time, even us northerners understand that times are changing with people's eating and shopping styles. They have a tough job on their hands, good luck to them, they have some hard working staff.

the grand opening is likeley to be a big event with a large advertising campaign starting this week.

crawshaws will be opening what could be their flagship shop on tuesday the 5th may in the merrion centre leeds one of the busiest shoppng centres in the north of england and is right nex tdoor to the pound shops and morrisons this shopping centre is probably the busiest student shopping place around and will fit in well with their style off food and hot meals. it is expected to be mega, it has been a long time getting sorted but now it is ready to open. good luck to crawshaws
