It’s a very confident reply from the company, you can’t deny that

When asked about the new exit tax today the company replied (Via YJ) “the company believe there is sufficient flexibility in our plans to get value for the assets’

They have planned for the new haircut & tax

I’m guessing here but as Amit has a huge shareholding I’m sure he’s doing everything he can to lessen the amount of tax paid by holders.

I could be wrong but I’m guessing we pay less if a dividend?

Hopefully the WUP will be dealt with this week and the tax reduction case also settled in our favour.

I can not think of one good reason why the company would mothball all production and therefore pause any income streams if they were not extremely confident of an asset sale in the near future, fingers crossed for all genuine holders

Could I ask what you think the buy out SP would likely be if it were to be achieved in the near future?

My thinking is that due to the company basically shutting down all production (and in turn all incoming revenue) after declaring that they intend on selling all Russian assets, that they are confident of a sale in the short term, and I think that 20-30p would be as high as they could achieve in the current circumstances

For what it’s worth Amit has been replying to emails today to advising shareholders to keep an eye on the website…. And that the 4-5 week timeline is still relevant

Unfortunately I’ve been invested in a couple of the same companies as Frances in the past, it starts off well when the SP is kind, she ramps away to high heaven but somewhere along the line she ends up losing her bottle and selling out or trying to trade and ballsing it up and then comes the constant dross…… she blames everyone but herself (normally Aberdeenman 😂)

I dread to think how much she’s lost over the years, probably millions because her losses here are in the hundreds of thousands of pounds ……. All IMO :)
