Well the spread has narrowed considerably so that should help in getting a stronger price going forward.

You cant apply for any planning without at least some costs ... and i am sure Corcel knowwhat they are doing and have a lease in place subject to certin conditions ... and it's share stupidity on any poster to say you can apply for planning without incurring any costs ...no matter how large or small these are ... and in the case of a site like Burwell you would have multple costs to pay before you get or have planning refused ... i was in the game for 35years...

Staffy ... whaty i mean about development costs .... architects, engineers, planning fees etc, etc. Anybody who is applying to develop any land bank that they do not own ...will and should have their legals in place with the third party they are buying of leasing from. No right minded individual or company is going to spend money on property they do not own unless they have all the ducks lined up and know that if successful in achieving a positive planning outcome , they will be able to proceed to lease or buy.

They received planning last Sept for development along with the landlord receiving planning for other works. They must surely have agreed terms with the site owner before they went ahead and spent money on development fees etc , and also i would imagine that all terms with the owner including leasing etc were firmly established..whereby giving them long term commitmentto this project. On that basis how could the owner pull out of the deal ...ok they can sell on their interest to a third party but Corcel would still remain the leasee. As a retired property investor this is how i did deals in my many years in the game. This is just my opinion and i'm open to any clarification by other posters.

Lets hope we see this move upwards by a couple of pennies before the month is out.There are several mysteries in the Bible and all other books of Faith ... but i can never understand why shares are so hard to get a handle on ... when you think they should rise they fall ...and versa visa... God loves a winner but the MMS LOVE A LOOSER ...

Positive news next week ... perhaps a RNS early in the week telling us the well has spudded ...

For a first poster ... who feels this share is going to rocket ... you still feel it neccessary to wait until the share price drops to .012p or lower in order to increase your exposure. Go back into your box whoever you are and keep your fingers off the PC.

What's it going to take to get this over 3p ....amazing how it is so stuck with 40 trades...

At this stage oil price has no bearing on the share price .... it has gone up by 70/80/90 % and the share is still in the doldrums ... we are not getting through to investors that this is a GOOD BET and till that happens we are f..... imo

I am surprised that Burwell is causing this share to fall so much, i can appreciate that this particular project is of great value to the company but they have alot of other irons in the fire. When and if Burwell is completed are we going to see a major rise to 3/4/5p or are we just convincing ourselves that Burwell is the KING of the future.

Mister ... they are well known in Ireland for a long time and would be very familiar with exploration companies etc ... it's just interesting to see them take a large holding at this stage ... perhaps they know something that the rest of us dont.

Has the Trust reduced it's holding given the above and if so any reason??
