Share price very flat was expecting upward movement today ... let's hope the rest of the week is better..

Gone from all positions since 30/03/17 including company secretary. Iknow the man personally ... only spoke to him in recent weeks...

Having looked at the major shareholders dated 05/07/21 the two Fs and GP Jersey appear to hold approx. 13% of the company.
GP Jersey have now looked for a meeting to rid us of PD ....so what. How much in the driving seat are they and with only 13% of the votes why are punters getting so uptight. Regarding Gneiss who are advisors and placing agents sure the board can terminate their contract at anytime, even with one of thr Fs being the founder of this company. Please correct and educate me if i'm wrong on any or all of those facts.

I have sent an email to the company with the various comments/rumours that are circulating with a view to getting a statement whether positive or negative which throw some light on this present situation.

Man .... Sean O'Driscoll is well gone from Glen Dimplex, and secondly regarding his wife that is R O'Sullivan ... Rose ......both bought their shares as partners. Then again perhaps it is not who we think.... it could be a Sasha, Simon, Seamus, Stewart or what ever, and as far as Rose .... Richard, Rene, Robert, etcetcetc....

So these investors who are currently trying to takeover Block at present for their own personel good and financial rewards as some posters are telling us... must feel that this company is worth alot more than current value, thereby i would expect they will offer a major premium to the current share price.
Can we see the price being double/treble or more ... for them to get their hands on it. Any thoughts?

Hs anyone contacted the BOD to enquire if tyey are fearful of a take over by a thirdparty, or that the company could be asset striped in the near future and closed down. It's Block we should be talking to to get answers and not conspiracy theories from others... imo

All the posters shares wont make any difference to a vote ..... keep calm and let the oil and gas flow....

Punters should be buying, buying, buying....this share is way under valued and the nrgative comments by some posters do not help. Let the news media make the positive or negative statements ... us punters should be pushing this up with poweful positive posts ... remember GAMESTOP .... let's get this moving and give the company some credit. One man or two for that matter can't bring this down ...too much at stake IMO
