That`s what has happened, they have off-loaded 1million on the market and another buyer has bought the rest directly from them. As it was under 3%, then dosnt need declaring in a TR1.
I wonder who would want to be building a stake in a Company that is about to go private ? Cant see it being ROX as it would have to be declared given that they are currently funding the Co. Surely not Mr Musk in disguise......
Thanks, will have a look. If this one comes off, then can put aside for retirement luxuries, if not, then will go on waiting list at local foodbank. Not sure what My Akashic record has destined for Me yet.
Hope it comes right for You as well as love to see those that take risks rewarded...
Last trade was a sell as I tried a dummy sell at this price just before close. Looks like someone dosn`t want the ordinary punters to benefit from any price rises at this level. Usual scare tactics to get more sells. This is a make or break share as long as You dont bottle it and panic sell.
X@elonmusk Worth a try although I would think He would be already aware of the situation. ROX will get a potential ARM in the making for peanuts if no other interest come in the next few Months. Think i`ll risk it and keep shares should it go private as I`m sure there will be a deal to sell out after. Worth the risks to Me. Other larger fundholders are very quiet given that they are down massively and dont really have any say now.
Thanks. Will take that as the current loan value % measured against the current MCAP. Need some updates to get this moving. A sniff of another fund buying will change things very quickly. Dont fancy holding these for Months like I did with REVB. Although the outcome was well worth it.
Need to clarify ROX holding. I thought that the 2 loans were at 15 % interest and that they would be paid up in shares if SND unable to pay this interest @ 10p share value. Do You have confirmation that ROX hold 44 % of share issue.
I am aware that any further funding by ROX will be at 10pps.
October 2022. IPO 55p. Market Cap £48m. Company had been doing well before IPO but was based on introducing 5nm tech. Now working with 3nm and a lot more top tier customers. Can this realy be worth less than 4p ? Cant see anymore shares have been added since IPO so this is still way underpriced. My 15p + takeover price forecast seems reasonable.
For what its worth. Anything could happen before next fundraise if indeed there is one. I am just gambling at these price levels on a takeover for the tech. Would probably be a U.S. Co that would win as they have the readies...
Good luck to all still in here and hope it pays off soon.
15p min would be acceptable to Me. Need to consider the debt that ROX are owed which would bring the Cap down. Potential revenues are just that until realised. Any bidder would want the technology which would normally take millions of pounds to develop over years R&D. This is a World top notch tech Co but unfortunately is distressed through poor Management. It is very vulnerable at moment and there will be several interested parties watching here.
Think that they will be more conservative on future earning forecast from now on. Damage done from 1st one. 2nd one was reached. 3rd one to come after licence isn`t factored in yet as it has only just began trading. Better to suprise than shock as seen with share price crash.
All looking better now for price correction to reflect a true value.
Annoying that insiders had knowledge of this before R.N.S. release hence the big jump last week. Bought more myself last week as thought that this was the reason, but legally, they are using inside information to benefit. Agree with previous message that this should be in the £2.50~£3.00 range minimum. Strong hold for Me as resisted taking any short term profits Today.
Peanuts for Musk. He could be the saving grace for the Company. Have had a small punt at this price. Will either lose all or double punt. Sickening to see what has happened here to a Company that could have been massive.
"There can be no certainty that the conditions to the Potential Investment will be satisfied or that ROX will proceed with the Potential Investment or that ROX will provide any further funding to the Company. Under the terms of the Exclusivity Agreement, the Company has undertaken (subject to ROX not withdrawing from negotiations with the Company) not to solicit other forms of investment from third parties prior to 30 September 2024 save for engaging with the Company's existing shareholders in connection with their participation in the Fundraise. Should ROX not proceed with the Potential Investment, the Company will not have sufficient working capital resources to meet its immediate requirements and may have to cease trading." ........ This is the end of the road for Sondrel PLC. ROX will basically own the Company`s as a private Group and will no doubt sell out to the highest bidder at some stage.
