Where the company really stuffed up was not realizing earlier that it needed a push till recently

I dont think the SA proceeds would be available before sign off.

The placing was done as a condition of the lenders . Kefi needed a balance sheet above a certain level which they have now. This would have not been an issue if ratification was done in Feb as previously expected imo. Buy an hold imo

Interesting as the major institutional invesor and other would have done their due dilagence. 0.57p to buy is a steal imo.

Also those institutions buying in at 0.55p are not in it to make 10 -20% they will be in for the long hall. Buy at this price imo

No more talk of a placing as its done. I was also not expecting it now but lets put it behind us... I will be topping up at these levels as signing and project launch is going to happen imo

The new major institutional investor would have done their due diligence. This give me even more confidence in my investment decision.
