Why would a new CEO BUY 500k worth of shares 13th June? Why not wait until after results? This is why I think the numbers will be good next week. On top of this there has also been some other director buys

Topping up, follow the money imo

Not long now to wait. I'm, expecting it to trade between 40-50p in the near term after last trading update and funds received in July. Could also get a Surprise takeover bid which would be multiples of current sp. Good luck

Agree this is worth multiples of current share price. A couple of good updates and this will rerate.

This is prime for a takeover. Plenty of value in the company for private equity...

KEFI's targeted beneficial interest in Tulu Kapi has an NPV at construction start of $1,069 million or £804 million (see footnotes to the table on page 23 for assumptions and further information). This valuation indicator is approximately 16 times KEFI's current share market capitalisation of c. £50 million ($66 million). The Directors consider this a conventional industry measure of potential value once the projects have been successively de-risked.

Finance will not be before end of June. It will be before AGM in July.

Looking at some posters posting history bad mouthing the company and HA they could easily take then to court. I have sent certain posters history to Kefi. I would be careful if I were them. Good luck all genuine holders

KEFI posted a loss of £5.2 million for 2024, narrowing from £7.9 million in the previous year. The company’s current market capitalisation of around £55 million remains a fraction of its internal valuation of Tulu Kapi, which it estimates at over £800 million.

Chairman Harry Anagnostaras-Adams said KEFI was entering “an opportune moment” as rising metal prices and improved host country conditions combine with years of groundwork. “We are now seizing the opportunities,” he said.
