Seaport has a world class board and several high quality shareholders.I think that an IPO would come as soon as market conditions were right.The clinical trial plans will be being progressed as fast as possible.So the start of several trials is good timing.I think these trials will take six to twelve months not years.Karuna trebled within three months as trials got underway.

The tender offer at 250p was a massive mistake.Daphne/Jefferies major error .Daphne was able to sell 12pc of her holding.The result was being kicked out of the FTSE 250 with trackers having sold around 20m shares.From here we can recover .there is a world class board here with the opportunity to create a £5bn plus company.
