No idea if true but was fully discussed on other board.

Nothing to stop Qube selling to themselves.

Trading is a flat fee access change so just stamp duty on purchases.

Take it down quickly and walk it up slowly likely accumulating and closing position at same time if they wish?

It works because they are a whale trading in a small illiquid pond.

They can control things completely and drag the market along.

Even Matt confirmed to everyone on the most recent investor conference call that the revenue from these licensing deals was minimal hence they don’t announce them to the market and weren’t going to materially benefit the the p&l.

Nice to hear him tell the truth.

These deals are nice PR but worth nothing to the bottom line.

We are reliant on Shareholder pressure from new and existing shareholders (large and institutional) otherwise Matt Moulding will continue to pursue his obvious policy to continue with the ‘status quo’.

So far he has totally failed to deliver on any promises to shareholders except concerning the ‘Golden Share’ which HAD to be relinquished anyway.

I am hopeful he will get his comeuppance very soon.

That is just an indication of all the participants entering as the auction progresses.

The prices flashed up are just their min or max prices and the possible volumes are also quickly displayed book.

The auction doesn’t work that way.

First of you need DMA (Direct market access) via a prime broker - usually annual fee charged.

Secondly you put in a min or a max price or choose to take the risk and trade at the market strike price.

All UT/Auction trades are executed at one final strike price.

The volatility displayed during the auction is absolutely irrelevant as there is only one final strike price that everyone executes at.
