Bidstack Inks Advertising Pact With Epic Games' Unreal Engine (Alliance News)
Back in August 2019 - Bidstack Group PLC on Monday said it has entered a collaboration with Fortnite video game developer Epic Games Inc's Unreal Engine.
Would be nice to hear how this is progressing
The collaboration will let video game developers to monetise games by creating advertising space in their games "via a new Bidstack plugin".
Unreal Engine is a "suite of video game creation tools" developed by Epic Games, and developers using the Unreal Engine frequently use plugins from third parties "to add effects to their games".
The Bidstack plugin, which will launch soon, will mean that video game developers can control where in-game adverts will be placed, such as on virtual billboards or on a character's clothing.
The plugin can also be used to retro-fit advertising into games that have already been built as a way to make more revenue.
Bidstack Chief Executive James Draper said: "Our collaboration with Epic Games and their Unreal Engine team provides Bidstack with a frictionless opportunity to scale. Previously it was necessary for us to form relationships with games developers on a one-by-one basis. We will continue to do this, but growth from this strategy alone takes time.
"Our new arrangement with Epic's Unreal Engine enables developers of all sizes, by adding Bidstack's technology to their game, to open their ad inventory to global media buyers and potentially attract advertising revenue from the world's leading brands.
"This collaboration with Epic also gives advertisers an expanded access point to the gaming community, making it even more attractive to advertisers seeking to reach gamers, at a time when revenues from video games are larger than music and video combined."

There are many things in life that your actions can help change the course or path of, unfortunately investing in a stock and talking about the fundamentals doesn’t allow it to reward you and quicker.
I think you will be the first to agree with me that as a LTH this share has brought out the worst in people, this board has been a wash with absolute drivel and a lot of it is because of anger and the feeling of been miss lead, due to an array of different reasons - false hopes of rampy posts, miss interpretation of RNS, the company not delivering or making the wrong decisions etc. One thing that I have realised with this investment is you need to hold and switch off.
There are many a keyboard warrior that have nothing better to do than irritate the life out of you if the get a bite or think they can touch a nerve.
A lot of the posting on here from time to time represents nothing more than playground spat, by immature individuals (by the way please don’t for one minute think this post is directed at you). I actually like your attentive attitude to a scenario as you bring a balanced level playing field to your posting.
One thing that is for sure is everyone has their own opinion and there will always be someone that agrees or disagrees with you, such as life, what a boating world we would live in if that wasn’t the case. If you could call the number right every time on roulette we wouldn’t have Casinos.
I want more than anyone for this to come good, from my current position breaking even would make me happy.
However guys there is more to life than arguing and squabbling over an AIM share.
Spend as much time with your family as you do here and get enjoyment out of something you love, your family!

In real life - When driving past a billboard on the side of a road, do you stop your car and phone the company to purchase that item immediately - NO
When at a sporting event such as a Premier League game and the billboards are rotating different adverts - Do you stop and call the company to order the goods - NO
I am not a marketing expert but is marketing products in many different formats not a way of catching the eye of a potential customer in a way their brain reminds them to go check out that product
In game advertising is no different - except the advantage is that the gamer experiences a longer observation contact time with the advert - much longer than most other forms of advertising, meaning the potential for the customer to act on what they have seen is stronger IMO
IMO - The audiences involved in Gaming as we have read from many posts is bigger than TV etc
The trick is making is so immersive the gamer is happy for adverts to become part of the gaming experience

IMho - It appears that previous attempts to crack this advertisement opportunity were not very successful because marketers and company advertising teams dis not understand the concept or potential and there was limited research on what was sucessful
Having been brought up playing games in the street, my gaming knowledge and experience is limited to Space Invaders - then I progressed to Super Mario
BUT having discovered Bidstack as an investment opportunity my own research has excited me and I believe that Bids will get it right
Like Hope Says - getting the right people with the right contacts and successful backgrounds is massive
Also signing to some of the worlds biggest advertising agencies who dont get into bed with time wasters is massive too

This has always been a long term investment opportunity
Any company trying to break into the world of gaming without upsetting the user has a very tough task but I strongly believe from everything i have seen and heard that Bidstack are making the right moves to ensure success.
Everything else seems to be too much noise for such insignificant issues
