Think you will find that they will have to pause drilling, as if there is an injunction they will have to wait for the outcome of the hearing

Wrong again... An injunction can be sort at any time, even during drilling, if there is a suitable reason for issuing an injunction, if the operator has not conformed to all the requirements outlined.. or if there are enviromental issues

It will take 24 hours to get an injunction, if succesful, the matter will then head to a trial, which would be many months away, thus stopping drilling until the outcome.

A judge would probably look favourably upon the injunction, because of the enviromental effects to the area
