The bank would not lend money whilst VAST had an interest in Zim with the diamonds, so VAST decide to spin off the diamond business as a stand alone business and VAST carry on with the projects in Romania

So it looks like the DIAMOND deal for real for once, its happening

They do not need to, they are held in client accounts, so no need for a TR1
