Re the bonds if there was going to be a significant delay I think they would use money from Saudi. However doubt the situation has changed in just a few days.

If the question has been there a while they might have tweaked it but bodged the answer then reverted to the original reply but why tweak it at all if it the original reply they only answered the community resettlement part of the question so why go back and tie themselves down to any timeframe?

A: Community resettlement starts at the beginning of Major Works. Commissioning starts before the end of Major Works which are designed to deliver full production.
