I have tried the averaging down malarky about 5 times but it always goes lower. Down at moment in US I think too. More patience needed here.

Wringtongas I fully support you in trying to engage RY into some sort of discussion but as Company head it would be better to treat him with respect even though lots of us are unhappy with his poor communications. Words like I challenge you are far too confrontational and would just get his back up. He too will be unhappy about the SP so I would not go there either. He cannot discuss potential buyers so I would not go there. Copying in advisers etc is a good idea and might result in RY replying. Remember he might be working hard and have something up his sleeve so a less confrontational manner is required in order to get a response. Don't mean to be negative.

That begs the question would there not be an advantage in Norilsk buying our mine and developing it using latest less polluting practices thereby earning some brownie points on the world stage?

Wasn't there a programme on tv this week showing the effects of the awful pollution in the Norilsk region?

Zumore this is the problem with the man, basically no shame. I have only spoken with him once around the time of Greenland so I can only judge him by his actions. He once told me he had reduced his salary to help with our cash flow. I thought that was a good deed only to find the next year he paid himself his full salary PLUS the amount he had lost the year before. He in effect kidded me that he was trying to help shareholders .

And I looked yesterday at how many shares AB has in POW so he is not short of a penny or two and so getting more shares here basically at the expense of long suffering shareholders just seems wrong. I know I could not do any better than AB but I bet there are others that could performance wise.

All in favour of incentivising employees but the board should be motivated by their salary alone and yes if they achieve something special give them a one off bonus afterwards. AB has been giving himself cheap shares for years and in that time the share price has gone down by around 90% according to the value of my rrr share account. Rinse and repeat with AB. Oh and the only reason I have not sold is because he just might do something with help from PJ.

BOD have no shame. Does anyone think they have ever deserved free / cheap shares. Their performance has never warranted free shares in my opinion.

Just listened to the Aug 2020 presentation. They clearly have some clever staff at DDDD and if their research results in positive outcomes then we are onto a winner. Suppose I am stating the obvious and the risks are apparent but will remain a long term holder.
