Porky I have emailed the Company twice recently but have not had a reply. I suspect they may be getting a few questions from us.

Clearly we had a good asset here but find ourselves in a right mess. And how much is it going to cost and where do we get the money from? Nothing straightforward here.

Helpful I assume litigation can take years. Any self respecting Company would have not gone behind our backs but you posted a bit ago that Glencore have form in this area. This poses the question will Glencore make us an offer we cannot refuse or will they play hardball?

I do not think this share will stagnate for 6 months as so much news is due this quarter and will move the price up or down. I will lose 50% on any shares I sell at this price so am holding firm. But I too do not like all the options the board have given themselves at such a low price.

Helpful how confident are you in us eventually receiving money in the bank from these parties? Many of us will remember how long it has taken to get the El Limon royalties. I do not know the level of corruption in the DRC or how politics work there.

You would have thought some rich person or fund might have wanted some of Oliveira's stock at this level. Bit surprised really.

Cryptic twitter words to me. Not sure what RRR are saying there? As for the RNS I do not understand why AB made such a point about us being granted an order but it does not mean we are guaranteed getting the cash in due course. It was as though AB thinks it might be difficult to get cash in the bank and this may be a reason why some people may have been spooked into selling.

That article tells you all you need to know about what this Company is about. They seem very confident and mention official FDA approval is expected. All looks good I think or should I say I hope.

Buckle we cannot force them to divulge info if it is not ready.

Michael presumably we all have to wait until end of March for 0518 results but hopefully they will arrive a little sooner.

AB says we may leapfrog into a different orbit. Just hope it is into a better place than he has led us to before.

crl123 I went by coach to Kelsterbach many years ago. My son was part of a junior school football team that competed for the Kelsterbach cup. We won the competition but they would not award us the cup as we had to be a German team. What a lovely place to visit so clean and tidy and people great. Small world.

Helpful O.K if I look at AB fees and bonus they have gone up 25% from 85k to 105k. He does look after himself in my opinion.

Helpful you are right AB needs to stay a little longer to see things through though I hate to say it.
