This is an unbelievably bad share to have been in recently as it just keeps going down day after day. Sang listed earlier all the irons we have in the fire but the force is against us at the moment. By the force I mean things beyond the control of us ordinary investors. Difficult to handle but I have still not sold a single share and am keeping the faith. Good luck to all genuine holders.

I would love to sit down and have a pint with our board and listen to what they thought of the current share price. I bet there would be some strong language around the table.

Sang just my opinion but you are so positive at the moment of our prospects but you have been negative in the recent past. Do not ask me to recall your past texts but I am not sure where you think we are going.

Why has Scotty sold any shares if we have fantastic things waiting to happen in Australia, DRC and Kenya?

Sang what is your view on the current share price? Are you a buyer at these low levels or are you content to just hold? Hope you do not mind me asking.

crl1 I have been buying shares for years but have not seen a share price taken down so relentlessly on no negative news. There has been delay in expected news but no bad news has been reported. Really disgusted with the system that allows this even though I do not understand how it happens.

Helpful I did not know that the board of Gecamines had been replaced. Looks like all the parties involved here are well guilty. Didn't they think we would find out anything? Unbelievable.

Helpful regarding Musonoi we know VUP and Kamoto (Glencore) knew we had a 50.1% stake and the courts have agreed. I do not know what Gecamines were told but we know Glencore wants the asset. Would it not be much simpler for Glencore to now negotiate with us a fair price by resuming talks with AB and we get 50.1% of said value. This saves the blushes of VUP, Gecamines and Kamoto and stops all litigation.

Helpful as we go down the enforcement route, what do you know about VUP and their ability to eventually pay us? As we already have an order protecting 50.1% of the $5m you would have thought it near certain that we will get this amount. Now the $11m claim for damages has presumably been settled by the $2m award. What are the chances of actually getting this money?

Sang it was meant tongue in cheek about Porky. I cringe when I read his overblown musings. Having said that I think you are a most knowledgeable guy here but you blow hot and cold. This relentless selling is really peeing me off together with not a word from the Company. If they cannot release any trial news yet I would have thought some words of encouragement might have been possible somewhere?

crl1 I think it is a little late to worry about the shorters or SO. The BOD must of had real faith in the science at that time to invest so much of their own money. I do not like delays in news as in my experience it invariably mean bad news further down the line. But with the covid affecting everything around the world I am just keeping my fingers crossed that all is still well with the science especially as to what it would mean for mankind in years to come.

crl1 I do not think we will need to leave it for months. Our hand will be forced when FDA approval or not is released or we get good or bad 0518 results. We used to say oh the BOD have bought at £1.10 per share as some justification here but they have since looked after themselves with the options. Oliviera we thought was a distressed seller but has he been given a wink by someone? And not finding anyone to take on his shares is a negative. Mentioning the 42% cancer improvement results again is a positive. On balance if I sell I lose 50% and if I stay firm who knows what will happen. I guess I need Porky to spell out all the positives again to comfort me but in any case I am holding firm.

Casino must admit I don't know how Company share buybacks work but don't they often do it when they think the share price has fallen too low and they have spare cash? Don't suppose it applies to us though.

It's a pity our Company cannot buy the Oliviera's remaining shares themselves at this price.

Well we are going nowhere here. Every time we have a flurry of buys we get a similar number of sells. We are well stitched up. It feels a bit desperate at the moment.

Well I am now getting concerned about how low the SP will go. Where will we be if the news has not been delivered by say late March? I shudder to think but might be wrong as I am not selling.

Porky just listened to the conference call. Had a bit of a shock when AS said they would report on the part B 0518 ongoing results this year but at the end is says results due Q1 this year. Phew.
