As I understand it the only real way Neill can protect the IP is "the spider" effect.
He has publicaly stated on a podcast that IP's are virtually impossible to keep as a sole company ownership. In reality they all take the goods apart down to the micron and disect it. Its easy.
So the only way is to supply very large companies who use many contractors in a cross section of the region, thus getting in first and trying to negate the exclusiveness that a preditor could possibly offer.
EG Big deals in Korea, Japan, China India Thailand Australia cuts down on the advantage BIGT entities could throw out as spin offs ? Try and saturate before they can.
Korea is quiet
Japan is quiet
India is quiet

But they are all working on prototypes and major projects.
These will be WORLDCLASS , No1# multi million pound deals they are trying to set up.

Zap&Go EV 1.2MW Ultra Fast Charge is as near to a full 10 min charge , but the batteries at the current top end if being able to take this charge are way behind.
Zap&Go are miles ahead of the competition. VRS own most of Zap&Go. Olso later this year will see them charging Boats crossing between the Norway Islands.

Hi JD. I had assumed its all vrs. This BIGT deal has expanded massively to not only include Nanene, but Hexotene and certainly 100% Polygreen ( polygreen will be global and quickly to market too ) . Certainly has been some major legal dotting of I's and crossing of T's on multiple IP's. This is not a single product single market single grade of graphene and vrs HAVE TO ENSURE the IP's do not slip through from one small error.
It is taking time BUT it is worth waiting for.

Purely china related panic ? Nothing to do with IP's or deals, testing across most of the world is still going on and will be as projects await 1-3 years of testing, some of which will be finishing soon.

Sorry my point regarding AECOM was if Neill had plans and was not a seller at a whopping £1.80 he ain't gonna be selling now and if he does vrs will get a premium to these prices. Hydrogenics a Hydrogen company just got bought out by Cummins of the US for their tech patents for 70% premium. I think the deals in play are way way weightier than Hydrogenics at the time.

Well I think vrs will be pushing the boundaries on this in the near future as competition grows quickly.
