The billions going towards infrastructure creation of jobs in the coming months need projects. Imho this is a high sp but it is also against all financial advice but a buy opportunity.
The levels of unemployment with need to be tackled.
The infrastructure projects will involve not just tarmac but BULK Concrete. Another simple opportunity for buildings as you put less sand in the mix and add graphene to the test batch specifics dependant on what you require ie concrete base, panels or walls etc...

Still I bought low enough after learning the hard way that 1p is the worth. Anything above 1.9p I get worried and bells start ringing. The fact it didn't bust through 2.5p on the Dalian rns was a big shock to me ! It could be a huge huge contract win, but we have all been there before and the sp never caught on to how big that rns actually is. It seem's I am the only who is reallly excited by it, much more than the city ? Does that therefore indicate they don't trust hayd to hold the ball and to drop it yet again ??. God knows.
