Sorry guys to be a bit off topic here but Tyson raised the question. I would also look very very closely at Siemens GAMESA ( weird name for Power and Energy department thats was spun off ) they are heavily involved in the area you talk of specifically, but are all over rhe whole plant supply to brown coal, wind, nuclear. You name it they are getting in to it. Very much under the radar of those who do not research investing. Investing not gambling.

I suggest you do some research. Start with yhe 3rd largest national energy provider in GERMANY , FORTUM UNIPER.
I hold Uniper to be upfront but just a few thousand, not a direct hydrogen specific play but certainly profit to be made as the tanker changes tac with German Gov money.

Exelon Generation received a conditional DOE cost-share grant in October 2019 that was finalized in April to install a 1-MW scale polymer electrolyte membrane electrolyzer and supporting infrastructure at one of its nuclear plants. The three-year project's budget is $7.2 million, with the utility and DOE splitting the cost. The unit could be operating by 2023, Greenlee said.

H2@Scale facilitates research and development projects of hydrogen production, transport, storage, and utilization to increase revenue opportunities in energy sectors. The program is operated as a framework for laboratories and industries to work together through government co-funded projects to accelerate the early-stage research, development, and demonstration of applicable hydrogen technologies.

One project under H2@Scale involves FCHEA member Nel Hydrogen U.S. and its partnership with utility Exelon. The partnership is set to demonstrate a hydrogen production facility at a nuclear plant to allow for dynamic participation in an organized electricity market and in-house hydrogen supply.
