RE: Up around 10% and no comments!!!27 Aug 2020 19:48
Hi Tyson.
Honest answer is I don't know.
Nel are my biggest hold, but I have a lucky low average to start losing money.
The company Nel are involved with suggests there are some very big deals to be done. I am still waiting for 2 pieces of news that I was hoping for in June. As with the statement made by the CEO of ITM , the order books are full BUT there are strong headwinds.
If Covid in the Nothern Hemisphere does not come back with vengence then I see no reason why Nel cannot hit my range of NK25-28.00. I have never said NK30.00 as far as I can remember ? Apology if I have and forgotten.
However, what I am seeing currently in the UK, add on end of furlough with many more unemployed and Brexit hitting media headlines by year end the UK may well be a tough market and so will the EU if Covid comes back.
I hold 3 companies who I would say have directly been hit by CVD in both UK & EU. As time has passed since I posted about NK25-28.00 my research and company data being seen is beginning to change my mind.
My post from this am is me noticing some if my trip wires being tripped. These are on the perimeter and are signalling to me to become aware of the next set of warning flags. These may get triggered soon but even the US election data could quickly make markets move either way.
Maybe what I am seeing is the initial phase of investors assessing risk as we come towards September - for me a month which has often seen major changes.
I would love all my investments to be like Nel , but you know it is the things nobody ever sees coming that kick you in the backside the hardest. I posted a lot on here and am now time short due to a new job. I would hate to have people think I did not shout up if I saw something in the shadows.
Just saying, keep 'em peeled and spider senses tuned in.
Good luck everyone, lets keep our fingers crossed we all stay healthy, wealthy and wise well in to 2022.
My market view towards negative has gone up 10% towards spring next year. This is as of this of this week. It could quickly change.
