Ps. I was on 3.5k per point from 6p to 24p..plans of selling at 30p.it was rigged to get to 30p with heavy pumping from OZ. Long story but Japanese tsunami happened and wiped me out. I was sitting on 44k profit and watched it drop on the Monday. Fastest weight loss programme I've been on. Some guys will remember. One of my Oz ii pals lost millions. One of my Lse pals lost 200k plus profits. Eventually rescued his marriage. When Gkp messed up, one chap lost the lot. Sad days.

One quiet night, I will put up a recipe on a low fat meal. Secret is glasses of water and oats. The plus just one meal. Lidl Ryvita replaces bread BTW.

No biscuits for me through choice. Oats and smoothies to coincide with low SP. May try a Ryvita from Lidl soon.
