That's my point. Inflation came in higher than expected, market now pricing in a lower probability for 2 interest rate cuts this year hence GBP strengthening. You should get your facts straight and stop living in fantasy land.

I don't know what replacement costs have to do with an online pure-play retailer and how you decided that they're worth more than the current value of the company (which is c.£800m).

Take out £350m of net debt from the £900m and you're left with £550m market cap... (equity value)

Asos current market cap is £440m, so based on your analysis there's a 25% max upside (i.e. going from £3.70 to £4.60).

Worth the risk/wait? Not sure.
