The way i read it they can only convert $1.5 million every 30 days after the last loan notes are converted.

So no loan notes to be converted till at least 12th may.

Looking forward for the rig confirmation date very soon and also update on new Philippine license.

The outcome could have been so much worse....

we could not of secured any finance at all and not been able to drill.

we could of had a major which would have ripped us off and left us with 5-10%

we have retained 30% of an absolute monster of a field and drill to be secured and dates.

holding a 30% stake in a monster gas field is a great win either way you look at it.

remember conoco sold greater sunrise 30% holding for $350 million back in 2018 ;)

This is not a wildcat drill.. Its already been proven gas is there its how much gas is present and flow rates.

Given the models they have done 149m Gas column and production of 300 MMscfd.

30% holding of this monster field is huge deal.

Jarvy as a long term investor not sure why the negative reaction. Market conditions for a minor O&G company negotiations for finances are extreamly difficult these days.

There was every chance this drill would not happen due to the high costs of it. And where would that leave them?

The have now a route to drill and keeping 30%

they have 30% holding of huge huge gas asset drill ready with a very high COS to drill.

The meeting coming up this week is a good tell tale sign of what to come.

I see Timor gap fully funding the drill for bigger stake or Osaka gas. Eni or santos would obviously be my first choice.

I’m back in because of the excitement over the upcoming drill and also the price. 0.05-0.06 has always made me very good money.
