Be blue tomorrow you watch - we dropped because of one large sell (they may have had enough or maybe just desperate for the funds we’ll likely never know) - We still await gold essay results, drone survey results, bulk sampling start date & the waste tip trenching - nothing has changed other than a sell has affected some people’s emotions… Shares go up & down & will mess with your emotions if you allow it (traders depend upon it)… GLA

Sydas, they are buys - try a dummy buy/sell & you’ll see the price (0.0723 to sell, 0.0758 to buy) that initial 20K knocked us down & now we’ve got to absorb that…. GLA

Ignore that request, just done a dummy trade the sells are actually buys (buys are 0.758 ish the sells 0.723 ish)once that 20K sell from this morning is absorbed we’ll be back up - GLA

Am I right in believing the relevant authority has 21 days to object to Alba bulk sampling L4 & then we automatically proceed (21 days being up tomorrow/Thu) so fact we’ve heard nothing would suggest there has been no objection thus far so why sell? GLA

For once I actually agree with you Tom, that said we are an explorer getting closer & closer to gold - a whiff of gold & the national press will be all over this (plus there is GROC of course) - People will short any perceived vulnerability /delays in a share & then buy back once it hits a low so there is that to consider too…. Whilst I wish we had more updates & George was more realistic with timescales he can’t just make things up as an RNS is a legally binding document therefore he can only announce facts/news as it happens - We will get an RNS between now & Friday morning bet ya ;-)

We’ve gone from getting licenses, to dewatering a mine to now bulk sampling bottom of said mine (which some said we’d never reach) - we’ve sent rock samples off & are waiting to hear of the gold content - just because things move slower than our finances would like doesn’t mean massive progress has not already been made… GLA

If people have issues/concerns/questions they may be better directed at Alba directly than at random persons on a bulletin board… We should get an RNS this week regards L4 sampling. GLA

The people who are frustrated are likely traders having emotional outbursts because they now feel trapped - Investing takes patience - Alba have overcome every hurdle thus far - people forget they are operating in not only a first world economy (heavily regulated) but also in an AONB.

Yes it’s been slow but Alba have overcome everything asked of them!

The gold announcement will come & bulk sampling of level 4 should commence this next week….

We know the gold is there, the old miners tell us so - the mine shut as the gold price was $294 back in 1989 - it’s now nearly 7.5 times that with gold prices expected to continue rising…. It’s not about the gold it’s about if it’s economical to shift tonnes of soil to obtain it - The higher the price the better…. I think people are also forgetting we are the largest share holder in GROC too (a potential take over target) - GLA

I’m still here but get fed up of the constant moaning/negativity from certain quarters so stepped away - In fact the 2.5mill buy this morning was mine - I’m anticipating news next week regards the start of L4 floor bulk sampling (maybe even the quartz wall sample gold results) - Indicators are gold price may have substantially further to go yet & like Scot said it’s the POG which ultimately determines a mines economic viability…. All is progressing as anticipated & no concerns from me… GLA

Errr excuse me Tom - I had every confidence we’d get the relevant licensing, dewatering & get to L4 - You were the one who said we wouldn’t so don’t you dare libel me….. Whatever your agenda to lie about somebody’s character in writing is dangerous territory!

People will do what they do Tom, I’ve never been a sheep - You’ve gone from we’ll never get dewatering license/species license to we’ll never see L4 to we need more than gold quartz veins in the walls - nothing is ever enough for you Tom (should of stuck to crypto) - The RNS will land when it lands & your constant diatribe won’t influence it… The only people stressing here are traders, investors will average down & build their portfolio…. Gold RNS soon & director buy-ins before April 5th to take advantage of their ISA allowance… GLA

Wonder if this is the week we officially get told we have gold (even though we already know the market requires proof) - it’s easy to test the quartz veins for gold with a powerful magnet (fools gold/pyrite is magnetic, gold is not) - Personally I’d of taken a small sample of rock & dissolved it in white vinegar to see if it’s gold (gold doesn’t dissolve like pyrite etc)…. My point is they already know what they are sampling ;-) GLA

Sydas, you said this share is dead but you will sell when you double your money - you say you hope somebody who’s invested 100k is in their early 20s insinuating it’s going to take years to pay back (who has 100K to blow in their early 20s) - It’s one thing to subtly try to denigrate a share it’s another to come out with absolute tripe….. Mate there are people here who are highly intelligent, well educated, well informed/researched with decades of investing experience - try harder! GLA

I’ve got nearly 60K here & am quite happy with the progress but then I’m an investor & not a trader - these things take time.

Personally I think the traders are peeved that they haven’t been able to drive it back down again as it has held this time - any whiff on gold next week will push us over the 0.1 ceiling & the traders will have to buy back in higher….

Next announcement will be likely be a gold/copper find but I do agree I’d like to hear about the waste tips (they were sampled & contained gold) - NRW made Alba do a thorough assessment of the surrounding area as part of the dewatering license (Alba stated that whilst it was very time consuming it should make applications easier/quicker moving forward) - I wonder if they are going to submit THE waste tip application (hence the delay) jumping the pre-application stage (just my thoughts)…
