Just wondering how the price of oil will impact the cost for CBS with discussions surely taking place??

Believe once CBS1 verified and offtake agreed, the plant build commences with the CBS module the first priority to get the cash flow rolling in. Hopefully verification/ offtake isn't to far away so all the pieces of the jigsaw can finally fall into place. Like yourself I've been here for 5 years and can see that we are know within touching distance of this flying. IMHO 10 bagger tail this year and come 2027 who knows were this will go....

Strange as cbs2 was only found in June. Purely waste product which the company is turning into cold hard cash. Well once the offtake signed that is. Still the M.Ms screw the market, this should be a rise today not a drop. No wonder companies scrambling to leave the LSE.

Correct me if I'm wrong but is this CBS 2 (new cbs) the RNS is on about. That's why all the testing to see if good for tyres and still awaiting verification on origional CBS.

Totally agree, floated at 55p years ago on vanadium only. If the cbs 1 and 2 get offtakes this will be 50p once construction starts. Why anyone would accept anything less than a pound would surprise me. 2-3 billion in the ground in ore body one of seven. This is only the very start of the ride. Verification, offtake and finance confirmed then this will fly.

Hope so mate, had these for 3-4 years now and I'd like to think next tues/ we'd is the day. Hopefully verification and offtake bundled together. 🙏

Last dilution was exactly a month ago on 5th Nov. My guess is verification/ offtake must be close as if it was more than a month away the raise would have been closer to 4-6 million if they needed to get through the next 3-4 months. Looks like cash burn at the minute is around 1.2-1.5million a month, so let's hope the good news is just around the corner.

The thing is we've no timeline to go off anymore. This could drop any day and when it does it's only going one way.

Like to think CBS2 will cover all costs when up and operational meaning Vanadium and CBS1 could be pure profit. Here's hoping and fingers crossed it'll drop before Crimbo. By all accounts the Chinese markets like to get the news out before year end fingers 🤞

Stocky, the process is included but not the revenue. They've costed plant and cost to produce but the revenue at 500 pounds per ton plus green credentials is not. That's why when the verification of product and offtake agreement take place this will go up multiple times. Day traders hold this back but once verified institutional investors will pile in pushing up price and making the stock more stable.

Anybody on here attending the AGM? Wish I could get there myself but working away. Hopefully Nick will throw some light on what's happening with the verification and offtake regards timeline. Been nearly 4 1/2 months of testing now so must be imminent.

Well by all accounts industrial testing by Chinese tyre manufacturers of new products is on average 31/2- 4 1/2months. 40 ton sample was sent July so fingers crossed we'll not have to much longer to wait. For all we know it could already be complete and off take agreement going on in the background so they can be released together. Time will tell but let's hope it's sooner rather than later. Very exciting times ahead I think.

Only need two words, cbs verified and then we'll see this move north. Just wish The CEO had a bit more charisma as he certainly doesn't get people excited when this can and will be a money making machine. Stick on in there, very hard but will certainly be worthwhile in the end.

Anyone any thoughts on why Capex is so high?

Is it possible the plant has been enlarged to incorporate phase 2, 4 x vanadium output and double Cbs product. No idea myself just curious to what people think..

Apparently whilst testing is ongoing a Non Disclosure Agreement will be in place so nothing at all can be mentioned until testing complete. Can totally understand people giving up as I've also thought about throwing in the towel on multiple occasions but I feel that testing must be coming to an end and then we'll have this finally added to the NPV and all will become apparent. Has been so frustrating being here for 2-3 years treading water but I'll give this another 3 months to hopefully get all ducks in a row with finance hopefully secured and take it from there. Thing is, one RNS in a week or twos time could multiply this 10 fold. Good luck for everyone left in.

It was delayed as it's the Chinese who are conducting the tests and it's out of ferro alloys hands. This has an npv of 748million on the first ore body of 7 so could possibly be worth 5.2 billion if/ when all tested without cbs.

To say it's a dud Hazbeen is a bit ridiculous when it's going to be the lowest cost producer in the world. Add the cbs once verified and it's a money making machine. As Warren Buffer once said, be greedy when others are fearful, strong buy IMO.
