Well one can only assume it's tomorrow or Monday. Think it's highly unlikely to drop on a Friday as it's got to be great news. After all, all the dominoes are getting stacked up in line ready for the news. Either way it'll be upon us in the next 5 days.

A few years ago when Sir Mick joined as chairman this jumped from 10p to 40p in a day. Once the feasability study is released I can see this only going one way. Nick mentioned on his last interview that the NPV should be substantially more than the Competent persons report from 2018 especially with the value of CBS added to the mix. I personally thought it was a good indicator with the framework agreement also announced with C6 as it again states that the plant is at the forefront of their minds and once the study is released we can move quickly to get the ball rolling regards design and build of the plant. Very exciting few weeks ahead.

Sorry meant post feasability study

For all of us ling term holders not much more time to wait. 5 weeks max as all the main work on the feasability study has been complete and only a few loose ends to tie up. On the competent persons report the company had a NPV of 2billion. Now with CBS being of a similar value I personally think it's very exciting times ahead. Does anybody have a rule of thumb for value pre feasability as I'd heard 15-30% of npv then once finance sorted 30-50%. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Let's just all keep outr fingers crossed that no news is good news. Very hard as on Nicks last interview with crux he did say multiple snippets of good news will be out in the next few months. You'd have at least thought something positive would have been released but I'm just hoping we get some news about an off taker before the ling overdue feasability study

The carbon story has indeed progressed and is causing a lot of excitement within the company as well as the tyre world. This gives them exactly what they want/ need with a low Co2 alternative to standard carbon black. This is from a very prominent individual within FAR and they are extremely confident of getting a real off take agreement. Hopefully Openthebox in 6 months time your 22p is a thing of the past.

Strange as I totally get were your coming from. Everything looking like the futures bright. Off take signed for Vanadium with LLB of Austria. CBS confirmed and multiple companies very much interested in the product. Just don't get it sometimes. Yesterday a one million buy at 86k and today at this point 36k in buys to 28k sales and still the drop. For me everyone with a spare pound should be snapping this up. Can totally understand if it was purely based on Vanadium but with both products the company should do really well moving forward. Another sitting tight waiting for some more good news before the 2nd quarter feasibility study.

At the very worst you'd think Vanadium output would cover costs and the CBS be pure profit that is until the prices come back. All about cycles and being in the right place at the right time. Fingers crossed once Off takes agreed and feasibility out there things will settle down.

Competent persons report gives a base case NPV of 2,048million as of 2018 page 24/ 276

Phase 1 CBS is 220,000 tons x 500 = 110 million a year

Phase 2 CBS is 660,000 tons x 500= 330million a year.

When you multiply this by 20 year LOM the numbers are phenomenal. This also doesn't include the green tax for carbon emissions which could easily add between 50- 100 dollars a ton onto the price.

Again looking at the competent persons report this estimates that Phase 1 would cost 100million +/- and Phase 2 225million +/-. Once all these numbers confirmed and off take for both products guaranteed this really is going to be a money making machine. Good luck everybody. Frustrating at times seeing the share price stagnate but day traders trying to make a few quid I guess.

Watched Nick getting interviewed again and the main focus seems to be getting samples out to rubber/ tyre manufacturers to get this off take agreement sorted out.

My own view is this will be certainly done this quarter as with 2 x offtakes for both Vanadium and CBS we'll have no issues at all with the financing of the phase 1 plant. I'm really looking forward to the news breaking because when this gets all it's ducks in a row this will multiply quite quickly. Hi Ashton, your awful quiet and I normally like your optimism. Bit gutted with the greed of yet another dilution as we've not had a great year. Any positives at all that lyou'd take out of the G.M?

Obviously alot of talk about Donald Trump but Rod and Erik should be doing the business and not relying on others.

This is going to be massive. 20+ year LOM. When company floated thought vanadium alone was worth 65p. Now we have carbon black at poss 150million a year phase 1 and 450 million a year phase 2. Competent person report should be dissimilar to MRE so fasten your seat belts and wait for off take agreement for cbs and the feasability study in 2nd quater. Also Nick bought 6.4 million shares at a cost of 640 grand before carbon black substitute confirmed. We're in a good place, enjoy the ride.

Wouldn't mind if they were doing the business but share price near all time low and still get diluted. Now we wait till next dilution for Disko drilling if that ever happens.

Hi Ashton, have you ever had any correspondence back from Rod or Erik regards Dundas?

Since Rob Edwards left the MRE was going to be reinstated as at one stage we had an off take agreement with a far eastern conglomerate for all the Ilmenyte and now it's seems like a forgotten memory and yet that was the catalyst when the share price was 15p plus. Thoughts as deadly silence regards Dundas initial MRE/ Feasability study?

CBS is 110million for phase 1 and approx 330-350 million for phase 2. Vanadium is +/- the same if when market picks up. Worst case scenario 300million a year over 20 years gives us a 3billion npv. Read the competent person's report on their website, exciting times ahead.

Good link by Claws75. Why wouldn't multiple companies via for there product? If its proven to have no detrimental effect up to 10% substitution it really is a no brainer. As for dilution of shares if they get another offtake or should I say when, then will with Sir Micks contact list they'll have no issues financing this through the banks without any dilution to shareholders.

When all our time energy and focus should be directed at drilling Disko we get thrown yet another curve ball.

Company just doesn't know what it wants to do. So many projects just sitting by the wayside gathering dust, cluster springs to mind. To say I'm pi##ed off would be an understatement. Can understand if we'd had a partner and a drilling campaign starring at Jamerson but nothing at all in the pipeline to give us hope.

And BTW voting no all the way. Rather lose the few k I've left here than let these rob us.
