RE: Pharma/Biotech6 Jun 2015 18:27
Hello on Saturday to Mr Kauri,
I write both because (a) the 05 June 2015 news of the acquisition of the Spanish company by AGY impresses me in light of the small size of AGY and because (b) I am struck by the optimism that you express in connection with Immuron. Those $10-$20 price objectives of yours for Immuron suggest great confidence in that which Immuron is doing.
When last evening I visited the Immuron website, I was struck that IMC is not just developing the antidote for NASH but also that IMC does already have a commercialized product, "Travelan," which has been approved for sale in some markets. This product might, in the minds of some, be a candidate for snickering; but for anyone who has had the misfortune of sustaining gastrointestinal illness while present in tropical climates, there is nothing funny about such illness. I cannot recall at the moment whether the link that you attached did separately mention the commercialized product, namely Travelan. In any event, I am impressed that this small company has so much going for it: Travelan and two drugs in Phase II trials.
I am wondering whether your professional calling may have equipped you to understand why IMC is, in your judgment, such a promising company. Maybe you are a medical researcher. I infer that you are, along with most of the posters here, residing in England. In any event, I would imagine that you are not residing in Victoria, Australia. I concede that it is not any of my business, but maybe you would consider telling me the reason or reasons that have given you confidence in the NASH antidote which IMC is developing.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
