Agreed Fara, with V prices back on the up, dividends details not too far away, increased production £1 could come sooner than we think.

Don’t forget the company has to pay the tax, and yourself the 2.5%, however if it’s your company then your paying yourself.
You can pay the loan back in lump sums, once fully paid you can then claim the tax back.

MM, their is a timeframe to pay back your loan, can’t remember length but if paid back in this time there is no tax, maybe a small amount of interest.
If paid late you’ll pay the going rate of tax but can claim the tax back once the loan is repaid.
Very sketchy, sorry, I’d obviously run it by your accountant.

Agreed Daisan, I’m sure it won’t be long until we see a home VRFB set up offered.

RK, I believe that these could all comfortably in place by 2021, a stable V price is essential imho.

At the end of the day we all want Vast to do well nobody more so than me. Fingers crossed AP will deliver and hopefully no more shares being issued.

They shold know better than anybody whats happening so why is it that just AP buying. If I was a director of vast knowing what they know Id be putting my shirt on it and borrowing as much as possible knowing that things will turn around shortly a matter of months. but then Im not a director just a ordinary bloke on street but have a large amount invested here but aint got a clue whats happening only AP and the other directors know that.
As AP said a few months ago Maniala gunna be a great profit centre then in last podcast he said Manaila never gunna be a great profit centre why say one thing then a few months later say something else.

AP said hes wants to get shareholders a good return from 0.66 in jan 2018 to 0.27 in Jan 2019 is not what i was expecting great assets they need to be developed some people talk the talk others cant talk the talk just get on with it.

AP owning 31m shares is small fry in my opinion ive seen directors on aim buying hundred thousands pounds worth and all directors buying 14k is a token gesture. if hed bought 100k that would be different look what effect it has on share price today down. news needed soon to drive up the share price. As I said in previous messages I never thought that we could sink so low, agreed company is dirt cheap but will it be cheaper next week I hope not and preying we get back to 0.6 and even 1p. think once we generating cash and turnover zooms the sp could fly Im hoping for 5 to 7p like cast but atm we struggling to get to 0.5 near mind 5p.
AP needs to come clean and start informing us whats going off BP Eureka last rights issue. When will Eureka be producing he did say 6months to 12months we already at 9 months have no idea. But AP holds all answers its a pity he cant share them withus. is that too much to ask for supporting him.

Personally 14k buy is small fry for any director in my opimion chose which company a purchase of 100thousands speaks volumes and if all directors buying large amounts speaks confidence and shows that the company is massively undervalued. a bloke off street can afford 14k. id expect someone in the know to be buying loads. I know AP has bought at 0.8 and recently 0.6 but so have I but I am not in APs league and I dont know what APs plans are but then nor do most of us on this board not even simple things like the plan for BP or when Eureka is going to open or what the last rights issue is for so here we are just guessing and hoping that AP gets it right as most of us have put our faith in AP. He definitely knows how to talk the talk on podcasts and when you meet him he fills with confidence but believe me this has been very frustrating to say the least. Also the big speak last jan when share price was 0.66ish about shareholder value and here we are with the shares on their knees and sinking lower. A 1505 rise would only take us to around 0.7/0.8 at best.
Im preying for a miracle or its like standing on a cliff edge waiting to be saved or the sp. I bet the chaps who invested one million pounds just a few months ago at 0.64 are not too pleased either but thats the gamble risk we take. All to lose and all to play for. Ive been waiting to buy but only see the sp going down down. As applegarth says a bit of good news and the price could rocket to hay 0.4 that be fantastic or 0.6 that would be fantastic but still below where we where in Jan 2018.
