Hi 2pence you seem a good guy but to tell truth Ive only posted twice today not like some and dont post much at all usually never but things have not gone the way Id like them to with Vast and feel very angery disappointed with AP and they way hes run the ship.

Ive not got a problem with people giving their views but you know who I mean, is never off this board and is like a flee on someones back.

84 posts for a saturday is amazing I think we should rename this board from Vast to teacup you ought to host your own TV chat show think youd be very good at it.

I think in hindsight what AP should have done was take the 4m from Mercuria then once we had the license he should have had a rights issue for about £3m to cover the expenses of BP and pay back partners in Zim or part payment. but what hes done is totally opposite to what his values are in the january statement. hes issued shares two rights issues and Bergen T1 hope T2 dont come off as these people are not investors they just after a quick buck and will sell as soon as. AP has totally destroyed the sp and wants to issue billions or billions of shares for security. This in my opinion is wrong forget Manaila plant while BP and Eureka producing. Looks like diamonds are out of window and want too much money raising.

APs objectives in jan
1) create shareholder value and grow shareprice. down 70/80%
2) debt funding and not issue shares, so what does he do issue shares right left and centre then issues more shares through Bergen T1 then wants to issue more shares as security for Diamonds which we dont even know if we have.
3) another objective reduce costs at head office so costs now 34% more at HQ
4) secure off take with one of biggest companies in world to secure Vasts future so what does he do falls behind with production of copper thats why Mercuria have walked and now we scrambling to get another offtake but with the share price so low and market cap and our track record of always being behind how likely are we gunna get what AP wants.

AP has destroyed the company in less than 12 months and its gunna take a long time for his credibility to be restored as I dont believe that he did not think Mercuria would walk. This is a disaster for us.

If I was incharge Id get enough money for BP which he has already got 1.5m from bergen and concentrate solely on making a profit and also get Eureka up and running its now 10 months since we started with Eureka and what do we know, jack !!!! iswhat we know. Weve had BP over three months and what do we know Jack !!!!!. we had a rights issue for something but what do we know Jack!!!!

SO you must ask yourself we dont know a deal really just guessing no plans for BP or time scales non for Eureka and no idea of rights issue. we dont get quarterly numbers anymore cos AP says we dont need to know. Yes we dont need to know lots of things but he wants our approval to issue billions more shares.

AP we dont need billions more shares we just need about 1.5m for BP which you already got and stated that you need from Mercuria.
The share price is in dangerous situation and if AP dont be careful we wont have a company in 6months time or we might end up instead of 6billions shares 12billions shares or more.

January to date has been a very good month.

Record January shipments, could possibly indicate that phase one and two are now coming in to play.

Take a look at flybe, lambs to slaughter, and yet pi’s are buying 1p shares at 4p.
We should all count ourselves very very lucky that we are a cash rich expanding company.

My concern is vast is over stretched got too many debts paying peter from borrowing from paul sort of thing. AP Vast need to get BP producing asap as we are losing money the Bergen money should do that. Issuing billions of shares is just going to dilute shareholders to hell and market could never recover as debts grow to a point we cant pay for ongoing concerns this is the problem for me.

Why did we not just have a rights issue for £1.5m to current shareholders as opposed to going to bergen. AP should have got a gut feeling that Mercuria were stalling as he said in Oct funds would be coming by end of month then again in November and again in january he knew thats why he went to bergen to cover the bridge but did not realise the shareprice would have gone down like a lead balloon. bets he now kirking himself as hes got as much invested here as some of us and nobody likes loosing money especially like we all have.

I would guess its gunna be a few more months before BP is up and running and nobodys gunna believe APs future podcasts and then its gunna be a while months before we can see how much cashflow Bp is producing by this time we could have run out of money or there may be more delays unforeseen nobody knows but these things always take longer or theres a few problems here and there so its gunna be tight in my opinion on moving forward. Even if we get an new offtake then whose gunna lend us big money when market cap is so small to pay off Mercuria.

As usual its left us to speculation as we just dont know whats happening in a months time I wonder what the share price will be but Im not holding my breath its going up. I hope Im wrong thought 2019 was going to be Vasts year but then we said that in 2018.
I hope AP can sort this mess out before we all lose our shirts trousers and socks.

AP you done a fine job of destroying the share price issuing millions and millions of shares youve talked the talk and destroyed value to long term shareholders. yes I believe you deserve aim CEO of the year.
Who would lend us the money now with the shareprice in free fall and millions more shares to be issued tomorrow.
You should have concentrated on BP only get cash flow and profits in instead so trying to buy as many assets as you could get your hands on. i dont hold much hope for us now and I think thats why we have got no plans issued for BP.

Agreed Alfa..Mr 50k was certainly up to something, looks like it didn't work.
It gave me the opportunity to gain 45k at a touch over 38p,didn't think we'd be at this level so close to news.
