Expert, sorry I don’t agree, a nice gradual rise has been going on for the past week.
I’d expect it to continue or even gain momentum once the Chinese are back to work and the new regulations are adhered to.

What now happens to Mercuras warrants if shareprice rises to above 0.5p I beleive we have a few years to pay mercura back their loan to us. AP said we have plenty of time in a podcast. All debts need to be paid to me its seems to borrow from peter to pay paul but still have same debts. borrow from one lender to pay another not good when you not generating cash just passing money about.

Well said to you both. lets hope AP sees the light and we can move on. If the AGM on 31st jan is for head room for BP then thats ok but I was under impression that bergen we were borrowing two times £1.5m and had 90 days to buy back
also T2 5.5m 4m for Manaila and £1.5m for BP. so if Bergen lent up 1.5m that should clear that hurdle just need sufficient cashflow for next few months to carry us to profitability on BP and Eureka. Fingers crossed the worst and all bad news behind us.
Think Ap been holding lots of news back waiting for this to rise its head and hopefully we can move on.
As I said its gunna be a roller coaster of a ride but as he says Vast is and has better assets today than last two years and if only if BP can start producing profits and cashflow then maybe AP can get everyone paid loans and consolidate the share capital to maybe 800m shares or 1billion.

This is my take on things and agree with lots of posts on here. Im might have got my head in sands but am holding as Im down that much I dont want to sell at this price and can sit it out but its gunna be a long hall back from here.
In the summer Im sure I herd AP say that Manaila would produce super profits but before christmas Nov time he said it was never gunna produce big profits so two statements within a matter of a few months.

Also BP why has he not issued a plan after 3 months sure there should be one by now.
Also Eureka biggest gold mine in Zim no update after 10 months????? again he should have a rough idea when it will start to produce he originally said six to 12 months well if its 12 months then he should know by now.
In Jan 2018 statement no more dilution we had two placements 4m from Mercura and now Bergen. he must have know about Mercura not moving forward and was buying time. Also Bergen thought that they would not be taking shares for 90 days so we could buy back its only been a month and looks like they could have forward sold some already. i dont call them an investor they just there for a quick buck.

Mercura, well vast borrowed 4m on offtake and we behind with payment so I ask you if you went to bank manager and took out a personal loan then missed payments and went back to bank manager and asked him for twice that amount plus a bit more what would your answer be. Of course you can have as much as you like and if does not matter if you miss payments we are a charity not a business.

Also moving forward AP needs to get BP up and running asap as we dont have that much money and looks like another placement is on its way and bergen could if not already forward selling their shares.
What Im trying to say if AP and Vast get bp into production by H1 maybe may or June then its gunna take another 6 months to make profits and show on balance sheet that the company is making money. Also if we get Eureka up and running then its another six months before we can see profits. Ok PP is supporting Euerka but Manaila is burnng money hopefully if we get some new trucks it can start to break even or pay for itself but the point is we the company needs money and we are just burning through it.

As Ive said before Ive seen small profitable companies go bust because they have grown too fast. too soon.
Ive got loads of concerns here and AP should come clean and start talking to shareholders not just giving us BS.
Then theres the diamond and perhaps they can make a quick profit but need loads of investment which is money we dont have.

Also still no answers to the rights issue before christmas he says for investment purposes maybe diamonds but we dont know. Thats why people are so frustrated on here theres too many unknows and thats not how to keep long term shareholders. N and of shares in issue now is around 6billion he wants to have headroom for another 800m shares and 2billion for bergen thats around 9billion shares it was not long ago that we had 5billion almost double within 13months of AP taking over and what did he say no more dilution debt funding. If we get Marange then we will need money big money think this is why AP wants to get BP up and running to keep lights on and for debt funding.

As I said one of my other companies a about ten years ago was a brilliant little company aim company of year it made good profits but grow too fast so I sold out it later went bust. How many accounts have we got on the bod and under Roys guidance too. Im no accountant but do know you take on too much debt and no funds coming in or run through a bad patch and the company will be in deep shit.

AP think hes trying to get BP up and running as soon as possible. I said a few months ago that putting 15k into vast shares was no big thing for the CEO but got shot down. Im down alot more than most on here but still hoping AP comes good with BP. Makes me wonder why mercura pulled the plug and yes we know that manaila was behind with copper output for them but BP should have been able to quickly put them back on track, they have done dd and decided to pull out so that makes me wonder if BP is as good as AP says as he owns 20%. Also hes said many different things now T2 coming in Oct Nov Dec Jan none of it true.

At the end of the day Im very disapointed and believe me massive and I mean massively down on my investment here Ive bought in 0.7s and all way down. But Im hoping things pick up. Ap in his jan 2018 statement no more dilution and to create shareholder value dont think a lost or decline of 75% is shareholder value and having rights issue after rights issue been good for us ltsh or sp. Vast through RP and AP must have gone through millions and millions of pounds while Ive been here must be over 10m and whats mc 12m
AP knows alot more than hes telling us and have lied to us his credability has gone he cant even tell us what the last rights issue for or a plan for BP or nobody mentions Eureka too many question marks for me.

Im still holding and preying it all comes good and that BP is as profitable as he says or we doomed. what happened to AP saying one of my main aims is to get investors on board dont call bergen investor loan sharks yes but not investor. Ive got alot more shares that FAHP and feel sorry for all long term holders here.

Come on AP we need answers and its about time you filled us in on your plans thats if people believe in you anymore.

Pdub, after yesterday’s false hope, we all know that this is going to move very very fast.
Looks like the mm”s were told that our seller wanted a bit more for their holdings, which explains yesterday’s rise.
Absolutely stinks, one good RNS should clear the backlog fairly quickly.
